I called Dense for an electrician. I needed a light fixture replaced on the front porch, I have a lamp post in the front yard, that hasn' t worked in years and my pool light wasn't working. I got an appointment within 2 days. JR and Zane were great. My house is an older home, 1926 or so. The existing light fixture had been there for who knows how long and it was hung over siding. I was really uncertain how the new light fixture was going to work or if it would, but I can tell you they worked on it until it was hung to my satisfaction! Next the lamp post, again preserverance in getting the lamp fixture apart and with lots of testing, up and down the basement stairs etc, it worked!! The joys of owning an older home. These guys were friendly, very considerate of my home and professional. JR returned a week or so later and he checked out my pool light...needs a new light in the pool but electrically speaking all is good. Had a very complicated AC repair done. Too long to go into, but Dense was the only company I called who sympathized with the fact I had no AC. I have pets, so it wasn't just me I was concerned about in the 86 degree heat we were experiencing. "Tom" was my contact and sent a loaner window unit to use until they could schedule me for the 5-hour repair. It was much appreciated. I dealt with a number of people at Dense who helped in various ways--each of them was kind, had a wonderful attitude, and positive work ethic. So many people seem to hate their jobs and it always shows, but that was never the case here. Had a bit of a problem (which was fixable) early Saturday morning, called Tom early and woke him up, but he promptly got ahold of someone to come out and resolve the issue. The men that came over for a quote were very respectful, and so helpful on suggestions, so much so that I have new lighting in my kitchen now, when an hour ago it was so dark I was using a battery powered light to do my dishes. It looks so fantastic. and for half of the price the other people quoted me. We have struggled with our furnace going out when the artic cold fronts come through under 25degrees. It would work ok above 25 but not below 25 degrees, when we desperately needed it.
