Another interesting thing is that for some reason most of the cashiers are usually smiling and nice, some are even willing to make small talk (if you want to)... I'm just saying this because it's a warm feeling when a cashier treats you as a person lol This is the kind of place that you are not thankful for until you don't have one around! Then there's the "I forgot to pack" syndrome which for me has included various toiletries, stationary, and charging cords. In these situations, the nearest chain drug store (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) is the best bet to restock. This one is on the way to the Plant, is easily accessible off the road, and has what you'd expect for a Walgreens. Nothing more nothing less. .I stopped in last week, they had what I needed, and I was soon on my way as it should be.

Personal, informative, and just good old fashioned FRIENDLY. Recommend stopping in even if you don't need medicine but just want to talk to someone. The owners uncle Paul Cire Bajon has been working in the store since he was 7 years old and he was 97 when we dropped in. ...and he was sitting behind the counter. Charlton Bajon is quite a historian and can tell you stories of the area. This drug store needs to be LISTED AS A STATE OF LOUISIANA HISTORICAL SITE.

I will never use this place again. This place used to be decent but I had to find another pharmacy…read morebecause one of the women there is so completely awful to deal with. She is not a pharmacist but acts like she is god. When I called a few minutes after they opened to see if they could refill my prescription once, she told me in a irritated voice that it would not be ready until after noon. I'm sorry but four hours to fill one medication???? Unheard of. I decided to drive over and wait. She looked so annoyed that I dare question her. I sat quietly and waited. I don't remember exactly how long it took, but it was definitely before 11 when I got back to my house . Why go out of your way to make everyone miserable? Especially when people are sick and need medicine. She is abusing the little power she has and it is sickening to witness.

Well after being put through the embarrassment of that accusation it was determined that he had not done what he was accused of by this employee. (A heavy set white lady with a very bad haircut). I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately she didn't have her name tag on her shirt. She did not give this gentleman any type of apology after falsely accusing him of shoplifting. I put in a description just so management if they happen to read this can sit down and talk to her about this incident. Not only about accusing this man of doing what he didn't do but about not apologizing to him afterwards.

The first two times I shopped here, I was charged twice for the same item which I noticed by looking at my receipt as I walked to the ar.. I returned to the store and got a refund. Waste of time. I notified corporate office in Texas and they never responded indicating they condone this scammy behavior to get more profit. The last time I was there, the checkout clerk tore the itemized portion of the receipt off and kept it - this way I could not check to see if I was overcharged. Nor can you.
