Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. She seems like she genuinely enjoys her job and that was so refreshing as a customer who really wasn't sure what she was looking for. Thank you for your help and I will definitely make the trek back

I've recently discovered Designer Shoe Warehouse, actually noticing that there is a store near…read morewhere I work and another store close to where I live. This is review is for the Dunwoody DSW that is located near where I live. This store is in the Perimeter area in the Perimeter Village shopping center, and it has a big parking lot which means ample parking spaces. This is a big DSW, with lots of wide aisles so you don't have to worry about tripping over people while they're trying on shoes, or being stepped on while you're trying on shoes. There are shoes for the whole family (wait, I'm not sure if they have baby shoes, but, then, do babies really need to wear shoes?), and this is a big store that is well light throughout. I like that this is one of those stores where most adults can walk in and see which section interests them because the shelving isn't that tall. Single shoes are displayed as samples on the shelves, with the inventory for that shoe below in boxes so customers can easily locate the shoes size they need and try them on. The men's section is on the far left side of the store as you walk in. I was surprised with the various types (formal looking, casual, flip flops, sandals, boots, oxfords, etc.), quality (well made leather to shoes you know are going to only last one season), and prices (starting under $20 to over $100) of men's shoes. I found comfortable work shoes at decent prices. I'm glad I'm not one of those shoe hoarders, because I know I would've bought way too many pairs of shoes than I need. Just realize that Designer Shoe Warehouse is more warehouse than designer, since you won't find any high end designer shoes here. This place is definitely the store to come to when you want to save money vs quality department stores. Customers can save even more money by finding shoes that they like on clearance. The men's clearance racks are also on the left side but waaaaaaaay in the back. Shoes on sale, some at deep discounts, can be found in this section. There is only one checkout line that leads to multiple registers. Unfortunately, there were only one registers open with many people waiting in line when I was there. Overall I'm a fan of this store.

I asked an employee where the Owala water bottles were, and he happily told me where they all were. There was a huge selection of water bottles. The store is clean and everything looks like they're organized in logical places. I came here to look at running shoes. The shoe department is very spacious and has a large amount of shoes. However, the shoe inventory is stored away from the sales floor and an employee needs to help you by bringing your shoes to you from the back. I walked around the department, looking at running shoes, hoping that eventually an employee would also be walking through and help me, but no employee ever showed up. There were a couple of shoes I was semi-interested in, so I decided not to actively look for an employee. I was impressed by what they carry, like lots of items for camping, fishing, water sports and athletic clothing for all ages. The golf department is rather large. I ended up walking to the tennis department and selected some tennis balls. Got into line and waited ... and waited ... and waited. It took about 15 minutes of waiting for me to get to the next open cash register. Two employees were at the separate cash registers, and they were busy with their customers the entire time. If I was in a hurry, I would've most certainly put the can of tennis balls down and left. Nice clean store, and lots of great looking inventory, but attentive customer service is very much needed here.

I wish I took a photo of how well organized, clean, and well decorated it is. The team during my visit on 5/7 was awesome! N'Tara and Jessica were both great. I can see why N'Tara is the store manager. Great service, super helpful, and very welcoming. I was in search for a pair of shoes and called in advance for a specific size. Came in to try them on and purchase but needed a size bigger which a lot of the stores were all sold out. I thought I would leave purchasing the sandals but N'Tara too the rescue. She asked if she wanted me to check the other stores and she quickly found me a store that had one. Due to the quick and easy transaction and great service I received from them both I ended up walking out with two additional shirts that I've been eyeing. The only thing I wish is they would close later than 7 pm on weeknights. Definitely shop this Dress Up location. Everything is pretty reasonably priced and they have all the latest styles on deck. They got regular weekly shipments of new clothes. This boutique has everything from accessories such as hats and jewelry to tops, dresses, and pants as well as seasonal shoes/sandals. I will definitely be back and may need to make this my go to location. Good service goes a long. Keep up the great work! Way to represent the brand in such a positive way!
