When I got the reminder text I clicked the link to cancel the appt but it automatically confirmed the appt when I clicked the link. I messaged the business through the booking site since I didn't have their contact info. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.

Unfortunately, I missed my first appointment and was charged a reasonable $20 cancellation fee, which I understood as a business owner myself. Overall, I tried to approach the situation with understanding and respect, but the experience ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with how things were handled. Because they do not accept credit cards and my credit union app was having issues with Zelle, I paid in cash. Between the cancellation fee, service, and tip, I ended up $8 short. What made the situation especially uncomfortable was that the technician was aware of some personal circumstances I have been dealing with. So hearing that exceptions had been made for other clients, but not for me, felt dismissive and lacking in compassion during an already difficult time. A few days later, they contacted me regarding the remaining balance. Around that same time, I developed bumps and was seen by my dermatologist, who diagnosed folliculitis related to the sugaring service. When I informed the salon, the response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they sent aftercare instructions afterward, which I believe should have been reviewed immediately following a Brazilian service, and stated that folliculitis can occur. The technician also mentioned that other clients had been excused from similar balances, but that flexibility was not extended to me. Given the overall experience, lack of accountability, and customer service concerns, I chose not to return and did not pay the remaining $8 balance. Based on my experience, I would proceed carefully and encourage others to ask questions about policies, aftercare guidance, and communication expectations before booking

Their monthly packages are incredibly affordable, especially for the high quality beds and products they provide!
