If we wanted to order anything more, we'd need to open a new, separate check with the other bartender/server who'd also been there the entire time we had; That was a first for me. Karaoke was supposed to start at 9:30pm; the only thing that happened was this dude got up on the stage and was a DJ, asking for requests and playing music. After an hour of this nonsense I asked him if this was karaoke, El Paso style. He then started setting up the mic and little TV and got the karaoke going. The beer was not bad, although they ran out of Lone Star!! It was just too cliquey for me, being used to the friendliness I experience back in Tennessee. When I finally was able to start a convo with someone, they were from Georgia! And they though the same thing about how people were not very open. I guess you win some and then you lose some too.
