I went over to Bikes, Trikes N Stuff, they welcomed me with open arms , explained everything than needed to be done, showed me the faults. They have gained my trust for the future. Before my ride home was there , they have fixed all the advisories and the next day the bike was put through an MOT . Passed with flying colours and feels brand new. I honestly couldn't be convinced by anything to go to another bike shop after this amazing experience. Highly highly recommend this place, great guys. Real bikers shop. Thank you again.

It appears, judging by reviews elsewhere, that Mr Vasilij Sildisov of "Turbo Surgery" has a history…read moreof poor service. In my case, he supplied two faulty replacement turbochargers, which resulted in over £1,000 in additional costs. Despite the clear link between these failures and the losses I incurred, and evidence from my mechanic, he refused to contribute a penny towards putting things right. Mr Sildisov has shown no inclination to do what is either legally or ethically expected of him, and has even failed to comply with court orders. To make matters worse, he enlists the help of a so-called friend, 'Den', who seems to think intimidation is a suitable substitute for customer service. It's also worth noting that the business might use the name "Turbo Surgery", but is in fact a company Goodzone Ltd -- a detail future customers may find useful. My strong advice is to steer well clear of this outfit. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.

We drove off of the Motorway and parked the van. We contacted the sellers at Smiths Group Peterborough who arranged for the RAC to back load the van and have it taken to the Renault Dealership at Richard Sanders Kettering for repair under warranty, or so we thought. The RAC had kindly driven the van (without 1st and 2nd gear) (Tracker report provided) to Richard Sanders. This resulted in our new van under warranty, having no warranty we were told . We were asked to pay to pay £322 to take the clutch out then £2330 to repair the clutch. This will take 10-14 days (loss of business £930 per day) I told them to put the clutch back in as we were threatened with a daily parking charge from the MD Richard Sanders. Cost to replace the old clutch £722. I now have pay £120 to back load the van to Northampton .Cost of clutch repair £1284. Cost overall £8636 (including loss to my business) One word "Disappointed"

This was the worst car dealership experience I've ever had. Don't trust these people - they're…read moreselling faulty cars. I visited the dealership on 28/04/25 and found an Audi A4 I liked. After being assured the car had been thoroughly inspected, both mechanically and electrically, I paid a £99 deposit, trusting their word. I did notice some scratches, but when I pointed them out, they said they couldn't do anything about it, which I accepted. However, when I returned for the car's delivery, I found the windscreen was cracked. Despite this, they insisted that this is how the car would be delivered, even though it's a £16,900 car. They pressured me to complete the payment and take the car, but I refused, saying I wanted my mechanic to inspect it first. When my mechanic arrived with an OBD scanner, he found the car had numerous serious issues. If I had taken the car as they pushed me to, I would have been in big trouble. The staff became extremely rude, including the manager, and brushed off my concerns, essentially telling me to "do whatever you want." I canceled the car and requested my deposit back. They claimed it was processed on 01/05/25, but as of today, 09/05/25, I still haven't received it. When I called today, they said it was only processed yesterday, which is a clear

I paid for an 18 plate car 2 short months later while driving down a busy road the steering rack failed so I went back to the showroom was met with well that's nothing to do with us but after making sure all in the showroom where made aware of my frustration it was decided that I could go to there repair centre. 2 months after the cars return another major fault this time total transmission failure and after a trip to a ford garage for an inspection I was met with a long list of faults that had come with the car Again another rant in the showroom and again nothing to to with us (also as I said you lot are untrustworthy a arrogant member of staff well that's your opinion) it was another call to the service Department. The service Department manager has decided nothing we can do so unfortunately it looks like battle will commence to get theses cowboys out in the open and exposed as the fraudsters they are .
