They also have a large amount of staff that work there to get you anything that you require. They have a large stock of parts out the back and I have only been there once when they didn't have something I needed. They even have some things in stock which you simply cannot get anywhere else for that price. I cannot express how much I enjoy going there as I know I am getting value for money and a wide range of experience. Parking can be a bit of a problem purely because it gets so busy as it is very popular in the area.

In my case, he supplied two faulty replacement turbochargers, which resulted in over £1,000 in additional costs. Despite the clear link between these failures and the losses I incurred, and evidence from my mechanic, he refused to contribute a penny towards putting things right. Mr Sildisov has shown no inclination to do what is either legally or ethically expected of him, and has even failed to comply with court orders. To make matters worse, he enlists the help of a so-called friend, 'Den', who seems to think intimidation is a suitable substitute for customer service. It's also worth noting that the business might use the name "Turbo Surgery", but is in fact a company Goodzone Ltd -- a detail future customers may find useful. My strong advice is to steer well clear of this outfit. If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.
