The car was returned to Apex for what I expected to be a straight swap. The attitude experienced from Apex was unbelievably poor, they couldn't even be bothered to properly inspect the tyre in question, this would have taken seconds! Despite selling and fitting a clearly defective tyre which could have proved to be dangerous they couldn't have cared less! A very poor response to a an issue which could have been swiftly resolved. Avoid at all costs!

It…read moreturned out the my battery had died but the car was all electric and it had locked me in the car. I told my dad to go up to northwest tyres as he was close to smashing the windows in to get me out! They lent him all the tools he needed to get me out of the car and even lent him the battery to put on the car so that I could make it to the garage! The were really helpful! I would not even think of going to another garage for help, I will always take my car there!

Said *its a commercial* so what, its exactly the same job to do the tracking on anything! Unimpressed. Bumped the vehicle up the kerb when parking which is a bit ironic given what I was in there for anyway, and bumping vehciles up kerbs can knock tracking out especially when done on heavy vehicles. Parking was awful and area busy. Not really the sort of place for a garage. Free coffee was nice but sadly didnt really seem to want our custom at those prices so we wont be back. Also asked for a quote for some hankook RA08 tyres and was given one for vantra tyres!
