I left a five star review. Today I needed two more quality tyres and clearly went back to where I was welcomed It just shows that a change of management can screw up any company. Abrupt, arrogant, uncooperative and didn't pay attention., He spent a lot of my time, on the phone speaking with others instead of getting on with my job. He blatantly refused to rotate my tyres, not his instruction he claimed, I ordered two tyres online and left a note - fit two new to rear rims then rotate with front tyres they had fitted 7 months previous. No chance and not even a conversation. Job not done its a great pity, a good company in Braintree, has been screwed where you and I, will not return business. Arrogance, disrespect, refusal to talk about the task. You know this is going to get worse for Just Tyres., his colleague stated he was taking over as the manager and that his college was being promoted to the area manger - that means all regional Just Tyres branches are now screwed. Overheard by the ignorant manger and his colleague, that he wouldn't put my Pirelli all seasons onto the front of my car any way as they are unstable .... Is that true ? - why then does Juist tyres sell these tyres with no restrictions as to where they can be fitter ? - Just Tyres they suggest are selling a dangerous product . Pirelli's own website recommend these tyres and a very good allround performance - so Pirelli don't know either that they are selling dangerous tyres -= -or is it the Just tyres dept manger ?? Its a difficult time in life for us all, but courtesy, respect and offering to discuss the customers requirements (having paid £280) that I had outlined on line. NO, the computer says no How many tyre places are there in Braintree? - lots and lots - why are we going to Just Tyres in the future when there are lots and lots of other places to get the job done to all parties satisfaction Just Tyres have screwed up and you and I may end up paying for it - my advice is clear, shop around, find a place who respect you and engages in conversation to complete a £280 job Date of experience: September 04, 2024

I told my dad to go up to northwest tyres as he was close to smashing the windows in to get me out! They lent him all the tools he needed to get me out of the car and even lent him the battery to put on the car so that I could make it to the garage! The were really helpful! I would not even think of going to another garage for help, I will always take my car there!

This they did and they were fitted while I sat and read one of the magazines provided and had a complementary coffee. The removal of the worn tyres, the replacement of the new ones, the balancing of the wheels were all carried out efficiently and without any fuss at a very acceptable price. The only slight reservation I have is that they were unable to replace nitrogen in the tyres instead of air. Nevertheless I would recommend MQ Mobile Tyres without reservation. Bill H

They always do a good job and, in generally, they're 50% cheaper than their closest rivals! When I had new brakes fitted, I had one quote for about £300. C & C quoted closer to £150 including parts and labour. I know someone else who needed new tyres and was quoted over £200 by a dealer, she went to C & C and got just as good quality tyres fitted for less than £120. They do servicing and MOT preparation (but not actual MOTs). They will work with any make and model. And they sell and fit tyres and exhausts. They are always really nice and get the work done quickly, they don't charge too much and they always do a good job. I'd definitely recommend them.

So risking blue toe syndrome, here you go. This is a tiny little tyre place that gives good quality advice and repairs appropriately. He will repair as opposed to replace and always has stock in. The place is small with barely room for him, his tyres and his equipment. You don't get a waiting room or drinks just the service you need. I've been there twice now (after recommendation by a local garage) and the last time he found two nails in one tyre charging a whole £15 to fix both holes. Fast, reliable, good quality and cheap. I can't recommend him more.

This men who work here are very rude and macho. When I go there to try and sort it out, four men basically behaved in a way that was rude , aggressive and intimidating to a middle aged woman on her own.
