Call this mornimg from Millers askimg where is my boat. I told them i picked it as they told me it would be completed and had a tag that it was completed. Then i asked them why I did not receive a call that they were going to miss thier committment, they the lady on the phone started being not very customer service like. And asked if would i pick up my car without a call, of course i said no because they actually call. When i said I am done with this she hung up. No offer to help and concessions for the extra cash it was goig to cost. Plus it doesn't look like i can even pickup up the boat. Its buried in the goat barn. No call last year either, i ended up calling them. I wouldnt be so upset if they tried to help, but it was all my fault and she made that clear. I guess the market is cornered so they dont need to worry about customer service. After this and the hassles from last year that i did not know what i was talking with the linkage. I will never go back...and will make sure i share this aith everyone that will listen. I"m not a FB fan, but in this case i needed to share. read more

Will not be using them anymore. Every year we're disappointed in the condition of our boat after winter storeage.if you pay for your boat to be clean when stored, it should be in the same condition when you pick it up in Spring !!!!! read more
