Rick's on the other hand confirmed the appointment right away, confirmed they were coming that same morning and showed up exactly on time. The plumber was professional, quickly resolved my problem without having me purchase a new unit or pay for extra time, on top of that he gave me some great steps to follow next time I had an issue and left magnet business cards so I can have their number handy. The thing I appreciated most? They were friendly towards my animals even through they were initially under foot until I could remove them all. I will definitely call Rick's next time!

(1) July 2023: I purchased a house that was built in 1967 that had several plumbing issues including: * Disconnected pipes in the storage closet, attic, and crawlspace * Cracked and corroded metal pipes in the crawlspace * Leaking pipes in the crawlspace Woods Plumbing gave me a fair quote, then they sent a team of 4 professionals, Wylie, Donnie, Roland, and Damien, who took care of the issues in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service they provided. (2) October 2023: I had tiles laid that raised the level of the bathroom floor so I needed the Woods Plumbing to raise the flange to floor level so that the commode could connect properly. David arrived the next day! Done and done! (3) October 2023: There was a blockage in the pipes on a Sunday causing the pipes to burst and the washing machine, bathtub, and toilet to overflow. I called Woods Plumbing and, Christian, the plumber on call arrived in less than an hour. He fixed the busted pipe, but was unable to find the source of the clog. (By the time I called him, it was already dark, so it may have been more difficult.) After I returned from my travels, Donnie found the source and resolved the issue in less than an hour.
