If you had sealed the KD-HT immediately with the appropriate sealer, it may have been fine. You should have used KDAT, but you did not. The boards are also popping up from the nails. I suppose that means they're warping. And, you say, because there are mold spores everywhere, this is what you can expect your deck to look like!? I don't think so. Hope you can live with yourself.

Come on, admit it! No one looks at their hot water tank. Granted, been talking about mine awhile with my HVAC guy about a replacement but we never looked at it. Was installed in the house I built in 2017. Well, it was in rough shape. It was rotten out at the intake water pipes and slowly leaking down the wall. Now I'm like, WTF!!! Emergency mode! Heading on down to Home Depot at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The girl there was just like here, call this number to our subcontractor. Talked to a person right away, said the estimator will be by your house by 9pm that night. Well, by the time that work order got into the system, the appointment was never set. Got a text message next morning at 6 am...I'm first on the list and as I already wrote, all went very smoothly. People, money is no object when you are facing 50 gallons of water in your garage!!! Just get the job done please! lol. Paid a very reasonable price for same day job. I notified all my neighbors to maybe you want to put eyes on your tanks since we all built homes about the same timeframe. Go figure! I'm the lucky winner with the only bad one. Sucks that these newer systems don't last like they used to but I guess it's a sign of the time.

Instead, it was a "new" generator that had been sitting in a warehouse for 4 years. I had problems staying connected (wi-fi). I called them in December to have it repaired. They said that they no longer serviced Generac generators. They wouldn't even return my calls to get the promised first annual service, $350 value. I have since found another service company. They informed me about the age of the new generator. During a recent power outage, the a/c didn't work. ARS never turned a delay device they installed to ON. I have to pay for a service call every time the present service company comes. ARS is a handful of "give- me" and a mouthful of much obliged. I'd rather trust a cotton mouth not bite if I picked it up than do business with ARS. Maybe they will do same thing with other products they sell. They have your money, why honor their promises. That's my experience.
