Rick's on the other hand confirmed the appointment right away, confirmed they were coming that same morning and showed up exactly on time. The plumber was professional, quickly resolved my problem without having me purchase a new unit or pay for extra time, on top of that he gave me some great steps to follow next time I had an issue and left magnet business cards so I can have their number handy. Come on, admit it! No one looks at their hot water tank. Granted, been talking about mine awhile with my HVAC guy about a replacement but we never looked at it. Was installed in the house I built in 2017. Well, it was in rough shape. It was rotten out at the intake water pipes and slowly leaking down the wall. Now I'm like, WTF!!! Emergency mode! Heading on down to Home Depot at 6pm on a Tuesday night. The girl there was just like here, call this number to our subcontractor. Talked to a person right away, said the estimator will be by your house by 9pm that night. Well, by the time that work order got into the system, the appointment was never set. Got a text message next morning at 6 am...I'm first on the list and as I already wrote, all went very smoothly. People, money is no object when you are facing 50 gallons of water in your garage!!! Just get the job done please! lol. Paid a very reasonable price for same day job. I notified all my neighbors to maybe you want to put eyes on your tanks since we all built homes about the same timeframe. Go figure! I'm the lucky winner with the only bad one. They worked diligently until they found the problem which was the actual meter not working. They were helpful while dealing with the water company to help rectify the problem. I can't say enough about these 3 amazing employees. My mother's water bill was higher the normal and her neighbor referred her to Proflow Plumbing. Denise, Jeff and Chris came to survey her property on Thursday. Friday my mom noticed a large amount of water in her yard. She called and Denise, Jeff and Chris showed up within minutes. They worked quickly to fix the broken pipe. The 3 employees were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
