Woodward Co - Paver patio and gas fire pit

The quality of their work seems to be exceptional, and their mentality is to get the job done well and within a good timeframe. We hired Woodward to complete a new driveway project including the addition of an RV pad which included the construction of a rock retaining wall in addition to pouring a concrete retaining wall. Both turned out really well, and I'm confident that we have a product that is high quality, and will stand the test of time. It is clear that they paid attention to the small details, which is evident in the final product. My only concern about recommending Woodward Co is that it will be more difficult to hire them in the future if they are too busy. :-D Please contact me if you would like additional information. I'm happy to discuss my stellar experience with Woodward Co. I will now recommend Woodward Co to all my friends and family. They earned it.

Woodward Co. is a great company to work with. It started with Joey, the owner of the company. He…read moreis personable and professional. Joey has a "can do" attitude and understands that big changes can bring some uncertainty as to what would look best. The grass in my front yard was dead, so I decided to xeriscape it. I am getting older, so mowing has become a struggle since both the front and back yard are huge. I changed my mind a couple of times, and he took it in stride. He understood that this was a big decision. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for the job as I had looked at others that were more expensive. It was well within my budget, and less expensive than I expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, and his employees were just as friendly, respectful, and professional as Joey is. We moved the boulders around some until I got the look I was looking for, and his guys did it with a smile on their face. I would recommend them, if you are looking for someone to xeriscape your yard. I have had so many positive remarks from my neighbors who say they love it! I even got a suggestion from Miguel (project manager) to add some lights, which I will be looking into. Kudos to Joey and his team for a job well done. Definitely a 10 out of a 10!!

TexCare Lawncare - Updating and Converting Old Sprinkler System To A New One

On top of that, he left a ton of debris on our street (turf, soil, gravel) that the homeowner association is now demanding that I take responsibility for. You should never hire this firm or Robert to do anything. He is irresponsible, whiny and full of excuses. He will refuse to take responsibility for any of his decisions. It will always be someone else's fault. Avoid at all cost.

Matt Duncan I would…read moreNEVER recommend using TexCare Lawn Care for ANY service and here's why. I hired Robert (owner of the company) to complete two tasks: remove the massive amount of weeds from my yard and then have them hauled away. He came and assessed my yard, I asked him for a quote. He said if the work took his crew one day, it would cost $1,120 WORST CASE SCENARIO. He said if the work took two days, it would cost $1,680 WORST CASE SCENARIO. When it came time for he and his crew to do the work, they completed phase 1 of the job and it took his crew eight hours. They completed phase one of the job satisfactorily. When worked out mathematically based on what he quoted me, this job was supposed to cost $1,120. It took ONE day to complete, not two. Regardless, he still requested the full $1,680 for two days of work. I was able to gather $1,350 out of complete desperation to pay him, which is more than I should have had to pay based on his quote. The work was completed on a Saturday and the dump was closed so he promised he would come back and have the massive pile of debris removed by Monday. It's now Friday of the following week and the massive pile of debris is still in my driveway--making my yard look worse than it did before he and his crew did his job. I've made multiple attempts to contact him in an attempt to finally get this unsightly pile of vegetation removed. His response, "I paid a guy $200 to remove it and he hasn't done it, there's nothing I can do." Robert refuses to pay someone to come remove the debris since the man he hired failed to complete phase two of the job. Now my yard looks worse than it did before he and his men began their work and I'm out $1,350. Robert is a dishonest businessman. He will bait and switch you, and not complete the work he agreed to do. Never use TexCare Lawn Care unless you enjoy paying more than the agreed-upon amount and not having the agreed-upon work finished. He will promise you up and down that he has the best rates of anyone around and this is not true. He will lie to you about the price. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and Robert has completely ceased communication with me since I live in Utah and he moved to Texas. He has done absolutely NOTHING to remedy this situation. He essentially told me the work will never be completed, and now I am being threatened with eviction from my house again--the entire reason I hired Robert and TexCare Lawn Care in the first place. Thanks a lot Robert for being an honest businessman, charging prices you agreed to, and completing the work you promised to complete. NOT. Never hire TexCare Lawn Care unless all of this sounds appealing to you. Seek help from another company. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company and my best advice is to STAY AWAY. Hopefully Robert can learn some better business ethics in the future...

So my issue was something that when we bought the house mentioned. Inspector said this in his report: Water Lines: Copper/PEX/CPVC - -Water hammering was noted when multiple systems were running at the same time - this is possibly a pressure regulator issue. Pressure drops at systems running with multiple systems running. Recommend further assessment and repair. Basically if both showered were running at the same time no water would come out. Randy came to the rescue! I was able to get my plumbing needs fixed. I will definitely call them again. I will be needing a new water heater (which he and the home inspector both said I would need in the future) and will be calling them to Install. Randy was a great guy he explained everything for me. He gave me a price cut and dry. Which was perfect. I will recommend theses guys for sure. Randy asked if I was happy he would be happy. That was such a great customer service approach. Thank you so much for helping me.
