I called up a few days before the lunch (not a good idea btw) and the guy who I worked with was very accommodating and worked with me despite my last minute request. I stuck with their hot lunch menu Tuscan Delight section which gives you: 2 entrees out of 8 offerings we went with a Chicken Siciliano - Seared Chicken topped with San Marzano Tomato Cream Sauce and Meatballs Pomodoro - Their 80 year recipe simmered in gravy. Both were hits, they gave us two bags of Liscio rolls. The Chicken Siciliano was the favorite of the two, the flavors were off the hook, the chicken was thin, juicy and cut in perfect portion sizes. The meatballs were big, delicious and made great sandwiches. The 1 pasta was Penne Vodka, a Caesar Salad, Green Beans with Red Peppers and Pine nuts, a Cannoli and Eclair tray, coke products, water and single use utensils. The Cannoli's were mini's and excellent! The day of the lunch worked out perfectly. The delivery guy was on time, professional and set up everything quickly. He put on a table cloth, set up the pans on trays and organized everything before leaving. All that was left was to eat and clean up. At $18 per person before delivery, taxes and tip I thought it was an outstanding value. Their other lunch options posted on their website look delicious. These guys are not your average part time catering company, they are 100% legit!

I get an email from Dee Holloman at 347pm on Tuesday with the contract and a request for the deposit. Because I did not sign the contract that day (she gave me until 7pm that exact same day to sign and pay the deposit) she pulled the contract. WTF!!!??? What in the f*kin strong armin. I was willing to pay... but damn... I didn't check my email until 2pm the next day (yes..Wednesday) so I didn't see the email. Some of us do work during the day. She seems very desperate. Ma'am this is not how you do business. Your venue is mid and I was ok with that for this event, but I can't do the aggressive and poor customer service. Not when I'm using my hard-earned money. Ms Dee... it's your loss... I will glady give my money to someone who will treat me better than that. Thank you

Review of Keya Graves - Wedding on June 7, 2025…read more I honestly wish I didn't have to write this review, but after the way things went -- and how they were handled (or ignored) after the fact -- people deserve to know what they might be walking into. Keya Graves looks like a good deal on paper. The price is appealing, and they promise a lot of "all-inclusive" perks. But what I learned the hard way is that you really do get what you pay for -- and sometimes, even less. My wedding was on June 7, 2025. From the start of the event, I was more stressed than celebratory. Our cocktail hour started 45 minutes late, and several things I had paid for were completely missing. When I asked, I was told they were short-staffed -- but weddings are booked months in advance. That excuse doesn't cut it. It showed poor planning and an even worse attitude toward responsibility. Dinner was delayed, and I did not receive all the food I paid for. Period. I upgraded to the more expensive dinner option because I wanted to treat my guests. I chose spare ribs, one of the "premium" options on their menu. And wouldn't you know it? They were dried out, overcooked, and basically inedible. The audacity to charge extra for that. Entire menu items I paid for were missing, and there was zero communication or apology. Some of my guests didn't even get to eat because of how late and chaotic the service was. It felt careless and disrespectful. And if you can believe it -- they didn't even set up seats for the wedding party. I had given them clear instructions ahead of time about how many people needed to be seated at the head table. When we arrived at the reception, there was a table -- but no chairs. My mom had to argue with the staff to bring out seating, and I stood there in heels for ten minutes, waiting for them to find me a chair. It was humiliating and unnecessary. I also brought in my own tablecloths -- paid for out of pocket -- and only a few were actually used. The rest? "Lost." Never returned. And no one bothered to try to make it right. The dessert bar was a joke -- stale, store-bought cakes that even the kids wouldn't eat. I paid for a Photo Booth through the venue, and the person running it didn't know how to work the equipment. It was two hours late getting started, and by then, we had missed half the time we paid for. The physical space also needs serious work. The floors are warped and uneven -- not just ugly, but borderline dangerous. And the lighting? Incredibly dim. Even with flash, many of our photos turned out darker than they should have. And as if all that wasn't enough, when the event ran late (because they caused the delays), they still locked the doors right on time -- while we were loading the car -- locking some of my belongings inside. I've followed up repeatedly, and guess what? No response. No apology. No attempt to return my things or take accountability. But here's what really pisses me off: they are obsessed with money and their contract. DEE HALLOMAN will chase you down before payment is even due . But when they break their own contract -- when they don't deliver what you paid for? They go completely silent. You don't get the courtesy of a response, let alone a refund. Weddings are emotional, expensive, once-in-a-lifetime events. You don't get a do-over. And to be treated like this on what should have been the happiest day of my life? It's infuriating and heartbreaking. If you're on a tight budget and want to host a casual party -- maybe this venue works for you. But if you want a wedding day where you're not constantly checking the time, tracking down food, chasing missing items, or begging for a place to sit down, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They dropped the ball, they broke promises, and worst of all, they didn't even care.

Dylan customized our menu based on my family's preferences for fresh, clean naturally flavorful dishes and he delivered an epic 5-course dinner that tasted as incredible as it looked. Truly fine dining in the comfort of our Airbnb home. I also appreciated how laid back and flexible Dylan was the entire time - he's a true professional and rolled with the punches. His 2nd chef couldn't make it last minute but Dylan made sure this didn't affect our experience by shopping for half of his ingredients and swinging by to check out our kitchen the day before so that he could maximize his time the day of. The presentation of each course was also perfectly timed, allowing for room to breathe in between and each new course was brought to us hot and fresh off the stove. (Anyone who's hosted Thanksgiving dinner will know it's not easy to time the cooking of multiple dishes at once - I've tried and failed ). Additional bonuses that were meaningful to me: All produce was organic, and the seafood/meat was purchased fresh the day of from Whole Foods (tender grass fed rack of lamb, melt in your mouth sea bass, and truly the biggest scallops I've ever tasted). FYI Dylan is also fantastic with nosy kids who like to ask silly questions and/or get involved in the kitchen. Can't wait to taste his cooking again in the future!
