If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I began this exhausting process in October of 2024 and in hindsight, I wish I had listened to the cemetery representatives who told me not to use Reeble Monuments. The foundation went in by December, which was fairly quick after a pretty significant miscommunication in November 2024; it went downhill from there. Reached out in January 2025, they responded with no updates. I heard nothing from them in February or March, so I reached out yet again in April. This time it was 'sometime this month but expect delays due to rain." Finally the stone arrived on 4/25/25 and was placed on the list to be engraved. I had asked for pictures of the stone, didn't get any, asked again 4/28, said the manager would get them, didn't get any; asked again 5/6, didn't get any but then sent them on 5/15/25. I received an email on 5/23 that the stone was completed and set. I let them know I would be traveling to see it on 6/27/25. When we arrived I discovered when they were cutting the stone they made a mistake and there was damage to the side. When I returned home on 7/7, I reached out with pictures and asked that it be repaired. They responded on 7/10 that they would have it repaired. A picture was sent on 7/24 of the repaired stone...they literally put silicone on it. I reached back out to let them know and the response was they used a 'chip filler' that was weatherproof. I immediately started trying to find another company. I couldn't get them to reach out during the process but Reeble was very prompt in sending me a bill in August and September. I responded that I was very unhappy with the entire situation, but especially with the'repairs'. I was told it was being escalated to a manager and I would hear back within the week - a month later I reached out again, this time the manager was blamed for the lack of communication. I reached out again in November and was told it would be a couple weeks. I had finally had enough, I sent an email 12/18/25, over a year later, and gave them 1 week to complete the stone or I wanted a refund. They responded on 12/19 how sorry they were but that it would be done this week - spoiler alert- it wasn't. I reached out again on 1/21/26 and requested a full refund, suddenly the stone was repaired and back in place on 1/22/26. This is when the manager finally reaches out to me to advise there could be no refund on the stone, and also here's your bill. I'm not going to lie, I was so disappointed in this ridiculous situation I ignored the next 2 bills, but this month they were just nice enough to send me a 'formal repo notice' if I don't settle the bill. I'll be paying the invoice but, please don't make the same mistake as me, and avoid this train wreck of a business. read more
