    Do Not do business with Gill Paving. Had tar and chip driveway done by Gill. Started to fail…read moreafter 3 months. Gill warrantied the work for 5 years. Most of the "chip" washed off the driveway. Huge pot holes developed. She promised to make repairs and never did. Gill has never returned to deal with the problem.

" was repeated told it is a rock/stone material Not Blacktop. after the fall, winter, early spring that you researched and determined to save on money and chose not to do Blacktop but further your project with tar& chip. There were 11other projects within 5-7 miles done at same time Not A Problem One !! After install :a New Garage was put up, Multiple large 35/40 year old oak trees were removed with large boom truck, contractors to paint/ side house. was instructed Not to drop a snow plow blade all the way down on drive ,,,drive is All on a up hill grade ( stone piled to High side of drive , water does not run up hill ! yard is a water holding area , were drive goes between . was showed were springs underground were. crew came out Twice , applied new tar and chips both times . after winter plowing and sever improvements were done to property. sorry , for the lack of understanding what Tar& Chip is verses blacktop. there were 2 return times to repair after properly improvements were done.
