Every single time I've walked in this store, I've been greeted by staff members who are kind and go out of their way to make sure I find what I need. And they always have what I need; they have a great selection of items, and all of them are priced for value. It's just a pleasant experience, every single time. It's the kind of hardware store that doesn't exist in other places I've lived. And as long as I live in this town, Buttery will have a regular happy customer.

One problem though, The website wanted to charge me 400 dollars for shipping. Obviously I had a problem with this since I was picking it up in person, I reached out several times to Gary to try and get him to wave the charge but he didn't feel the need to reply or do anything. Thankfully I found a cheaper and much higher quality alternative with infinitely better customer service from a young man who specializes in making argentine grills by the name of iron heart grills. I feel like it'd be a sin to not tell people about that guy and let them get screwed over by ol Gary. Like the other reviews say, my only regret is that I can't give less than 1 star to this absolutely abysmal business.
