I've seen Dr. Timoshkin, Dr. Crow and Dr. Barnum. Each has a different styler and approach but all will get you the relief you desperately need, usually in 1 session. Dr. T is super compassionate and makes you feel comfortable right away. She is soft and gentle, and great for moms because there's a little play room in her office should you have to bring your kiddo. Dr. Barnum has a background in athletics and will definitely send you home with exercises, but if you do them then you probably won't have to come back. Dr. Crow is Mr. Fix it and can diagnose anything. One time I came in for an emergency neck pain hours before I had to get on a plane, and he found whatever was tight in my jaw and helped me have a pain-free vacation. Everyone really knows their stuff and they are always there to help even on short notice.
