Great customer service, but their quality is terrible! My nails were done in 20 min, if that, and I felt rushed. I came here after many recommendations by different people, but I'm completely unsatisfied. My gel manicure lasted a day, and had to get it retouched. After the retouch, my gel lasted 5 days and started pealing off. This has never happened to me before in any other salon. They used OPI so the product shouldn't have been a problem. Good customer service but quality needs A LOT of work. Maybe I just had a bad first experience but I will not be going back. 2 stars only because of the customer service. read more

My friends and I came in from out of town (on a Saturday) to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure while on vacation. Owner was initially very nice and friendly while we were there. My personal nail tech was so rude to me the entire experience. When I returned to our hotel after our nail appointment I looked at my toes and they literally looked like they were textured with Saran Wrap (see picture). I called the salon immediately to report the issue and offered to send a picture to clarify what I was talking about. The person who took the call was snarky and told me it was a landline I was calling and it would be impossible to send a picture. After spending over $70 for a mani pedi I was furious and asked to speak to the owner. The owner got on the phone and was very nice and understanding and asked me to come in on Monday morning to fix the issue as they were closed on Sunday. Already a huge inconvenience (I'm on vacation with limited time), I returned on Monday morning to receive the proper service I paid for. When I walked into the salon I was treated so rude as if it were MY fault their nail tech put uncured " unintentional" gel on my toes. The owner proceeded to remove the textured gel from my nails with a drill bit and was so harsh and the process was SO painful... rude the entire time. I would never treat anyone, let alone a CUSTOMER with such disrespect. WORST nail establishment I've ever been to in my entire life. read more

The worst experience ever!!! We went to get my teenager nails done, and the lady was so rude and didn't listen what we wanted "because she was in a hurry to leave", she did an a horrible job and ask us to come the next day so she can fixed, we came and OMG she seemed like she didn't want to do the job again, we spoke with the owner and they re-did it but didn't do what we asked for, she cut my daughters fingers and charged us an extra because she did a double job. We won't there ever again! If you want a nice and relaxing experience, please go to another salon. read more

1st and last time customer-went in for pink fills. Quickest fills ever done. 15-20mins maybe? Lilly was the nail tech and she was upselling me to dip next time instead of doing pink & whites. As she painted the top clear gel on my nails it was clear the bottle was empty, but she continued to apply what she managed to get out of the bottle. I only realized my 2 thumbs needed to be re-done while I was at the salon, which she did them over, however once I got to my car I realized almost ever nail had dimples or was covered evenly, or just missing the clear gel entirely. While $23 isn't a lot for fills, I wouldn't waste my time to even go back for them to repair it. 1st impressions means a lot! read more

Absolutely awful. This one tech did such an awful and rushed job on my gel fills that they looked clumpy and uneven. When I asked her to please fix it, she said they were fine. She cut me several times with her drill bit and I was bleeding and was totally unfocused. She was staring at the door behind me most of the time then looking at my nails. Truly an embarrassment to give this place even 1 star. read more

The employees were nice but on 2/18/19 I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done in under an hour, that is too fast. All was great at the time but the longer I look at my nails the more I see how bad they are. My toes look fine but my acrylics experienced lifting. Also, my technition never pushed my cuticles back therefor all of my tips are way too small for my nail, this to me is unacceptable. Also, I got regular polish and by the time I was in the car it was bubbling all over, that means she went too fast. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm very upset on the money I wasted on this and don't trust to go back and actually get the service I want. I was told by a trusted nail tech that I'd be lucky if they stayed on 2 weeks, I'm not saying don't go there but I never will again. read more

Honestly I've been coming here regularly for over a year and I've never been anything less than satisfied. Employees are friendly and eager to converse and listen. There are tons of gel colors to pick from - my usual choice of manicure, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. This salon it awful with no focus on customer service or customer satisfaction. They do not adhere by the rule "the customer is always right!" I would never go back or recommend this salon to anyone. My daughter was very dissatisfied with her nails after having a full set of acrylics applied. I recommended that she go back and request they do the nails over until she was satisfied. She went back the next day to have them "re applied"and the technician said, "they're not crooked, your fingers are crooked! Really? The technicial reluctantly reapplied the nail, was clearly upset and rushing through the process, and spilled acetone on my daughters I-Phone damaging the phone cover and screen. The salon does not want to be held accountable for the damage, blamed it on my daughter and said they're not liable for personal belongings. I immediately met my daughter there to try to rectify the situation and the receptionist was instructed to tell my husband and I that the owner and/or the Manager were not present and when asked what their names were for follow up she stated, I dont know...really? BTW, there is no signage that they are not responsible for personal belongs and while we were being told that they adhere to that policy each and every customer there had their cell phone of the table. Their signage states that they are not responsible for "missing items." My attorney will be sending them a letter for the damaged $600.00 cell phone. read more

I have been here twice and both times they've done a rush job on my nails. Last week my gel manicure was the worst I've ever gotten with polish left all over my fingers. I can't speak to the entire shop - but I can tell you Lisa is not very good. I went in hoping to get a shellac manicure. 2 minutes in I realized I had a subpar nail tech so I switched to a basic mani so I wouldn't waste time and money. She said I didn't have bad cuticles and didn't clean up any of the skin on the sides of the nails (which definitely needed cleaning up). My nails aren't all filed the same shape and it was quite painful while she was pushing back cuticles and buffing the nails. She wiped her nose on the back of her hand twice while she was putting lotion on my hands and massaging. I'm sure the other techs there are better but I wouldn't go back again.
