Is it possible to rate no stars? I'd warn any good human being to steer clear of this "company". Truly, beware. Good points: cars are lovely and sparkling when you go to view, selection is good, priced on market average. Bad points: every single thing else. Paid for car, was told it would be serviced and a few things done before it was ready and it would be good to collect in 2 days. Great I thought, a trustworthy dealer. Two days later car had faults caused by onsite mechanics it did not have previously, master mechanic apologised for not checking the work of an apprentice. Took 2 weeks to be ready via a third party. Never received a callback from company when said they would regarding updates even when promised. Was told it would be ready 4 separate dates. Ended up chasing the third party myself who were very informative of the hassle millennium motors were to customers. Sales staff promised the world, delivered nothing even close. Owner was frankly the worst person I have dealt/worked with in my life. No responsibility, tried intimidation tactics and was caught first hand lying yet still denied it. This seemed more criminal than company and provided informations that was directly opposite to that of traffic police and citizens advice. I would emplore any person to be wary going near this dealership as the experience had I would not wish on anybody. Please beware, stay safe. read more

Bought a Vauxhall insignia estate 2011 plate. Advertised as having alloy wheels but it didn't, no parcel shelf in the back. When I asked them about the wheels I was told, yeah they are a new type of alloys! They were plastic wheel trims! They eventually agreed to replace the wheels with alloys and to give me a parcel shelf from another car they have. Most rude to myself on the phone and also a friend who was trying to take some of the stress away from me and also works in the motor trade (this really got their back up as she knew what she was talking about). Within days the gearbox went, I live in Glasgow and had to travel back to Edinburgh to get them to look at the car, no offer of compensation for my troubles or travel costs. When I arrived, the young guy that took the keys from me said "you do realise this isn't a brand new car" I replied you do realise I've paid over the odds for this car and I expect it to run for a long while before I need to do anything to it. I left the car and awaited their call. At first, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car, when I persisted, they agreed to take it to an automatic specialist who said there was something wrong with the gearbox. They didn't even offer to fix it, they offered me a similar car that was a year older. When I refused he offered to fix it the following week. I cancelled the agreement. When I spoke to the owner about the feedback he had on here he told me it was rival garages that left the feedback, I am not a rival garage, I am a hardworking member of the public who deserved good aftercare and respect. When I first mentioned handing the car back I was told to just do that, bring the car back then. Intimidation tactics?! MUST READ! MUST READ! MUST READ! MUST READ! MUST READ! MUST READ! !! Well where do I start with this company. After buying a 2008 Ford mondeo as soon as I picked it up there were faults. Faults that if properly tested would have been obvious. Parking sensors not working. Malfunctions on the headlights. The on board computer tells you this when switching them on. Windscreen wiper jets not working front and rear. The list does go on. When I Informed Gary of this he just was not interested. Anyway roll on two months and the engine blows.Took car back to them and after they had car for 6 weeks with not once calling me to let me know what's going on a garage inTranent calls me and tells me there was no oil in engine so needs a new one . All my fault I was told. Its gonna cost you 3000 pounds to repair! Had the car 2 months. Was meant to have been serviced when I bought it. When I Informed Gary of this his attitude absolutely shocked me.When I asked him why he was being like that his actual words were "i am being like that and it is like that" in a very threatening tone. Then he hung the phone up. When I spoke to someone else at millennium i was told i should have been checking the oil.i change oil on air conditioning compressors for a living. It's all my fault and nothing to do with them. Please please stay away from these charlatans. All they want is your money. The cars might look nice and shiney but that's as far as it goes. read more
