Shocking to me how companies can't fix their own problems when it couldn't be easier. Looks like an owner problem, can't figure out how to trust his employees to make the right decisions so they implement policy with an iron fist and no brain. Like most other people I look at reviews before going to a new place and I would not even consider going to a millennium shop if I weren't already sitting in the parking lot. I'm going inside. Let's see how it goes... I guess I gave to edit the review. Won't let me reply to it. I walked in the place was bright colorful and well laid out. It was really full of inventory, it looked great!. The curly haired dude welcomed me immediately when I walked in asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for they had it, in two different options, I bought both. And the price was smack dab in the middle of the price range I've seen. I'm going to change the review to five stars because it was a great experience. Should I go back in and try to return one of them first? LOL! No I'm not going to do that. Keep in mind the return policy is the major complaint I've seen. Service is horrible, the pricing is increased. Inflation is high, but the pricing to this established has overly increased. I have been a regular for a few years and now I'm just disappointed.
