So now just over a month of 3 visits a week and now down to two, I have hardly any neck pain and and am able now to raise my arm over my head and use it , with feeling back in it I can't be any happier with the progress, so please and happy with the positive attitude, service and friendly treatment that I've received. They gave me no reason then some made a mistake. They could not do anything. Felt like the did not care at all. I arrived the next day and t when I gave the front desk, the person told me my appt was for yesterday with a bad attitude and being rude like it was my fault. Even when I questioned the Co- Pay Amount. She offered the call and confirm that it was correct. Most places would get ugly with you about it. I have actually had them do it before. I didnt have a very long wait. They called me about 5 minutes past my actual appointment time. The nurse that did my Cat Scan with contrast, walked me through every step of the process. She also had a very good bedside manner. I was in and out with no problems. She even asked if I had anything else of concern. Even thought it was a specific test requested my a doctor. The inside was very clean and professional. The bathrooms were also very clean and stocked properly. The had handicap doorway. I would definitely return here and recommend this place highly!
