I purchased a vehicle from a local dealer, we purchased a vehicle, knowing that the dealership would pay to have the windshield replaced. They worked with Millenium personally which right off the bat made me feel very good. The dealership is all over the Eastern shore so for such a big company to work with them made me feel good to start. It was very easy for me to set up an appointment, and having a newborn at home, they came to my home to fix my windshield. Just that convenience alone as a new Mom was huge. Only need a new windshield for a reinspection. Nothing was wrong with Las windshield besides a dime size chip. They came out and replaced old windshield. After the replacement my truck had a enormous size of water leaking. I called and left mutiple messages , text messages to owners phones Tina and Adam. No answer, I finally got ahold of them they told me " it's not our fault , you never called. Get a new windshield" I was beyond appalled. Again this happened literally weeks after replacement. My window had a stone chip that spider webbed due to the cold air so my front w/s ended up needing replaced. I called these guys, they were fast & efficient! They had my windshield in the next day and they even had it tinted to match the rest of my car. They were very communicative. Made me feel welcomed in the office while I waited for my vehicle to be finished. Me and Tina sat in the office and talked about our lives as if we known each other 10 years! By far the worst business I have ever come across in my entire life. Your customer service & work absolutely SUCKS and I truly REGRET ever letting you touch my vehicle. I had to get a windshield replacement for a Maryland state inspection. It had nothing wrong with it but a small nick. But Maryland is extremely strict. Anyways they came out replaced it and immediately after it had a extreme amount of water damage. I tried to get ahold of them numerous times by text calling etc etc. No response, I finally got ahold of the owner and she hung up and refused to help.
