My child has struggled in school since Kindergarten. I have tried KUMON, ENOPI and SYLVAN none have worked. Learning RX was my last resort and I felt defeated. After two and half months I noticed my daughter becoming more independent. Next I noticed her wanting to complete her homework independently and not wanting any help. (petrified) This behavior worried me, so at night I would sneak in her bag when she went to bed to check the homework and surprisingly the answers were correct. Now the big moment came when she came home with a zip lock bag full of time tables. I dreaded practicing Math with her since we have been working on addition and subtraction facts for years and she still couldnt master them from one moment to the next. I then told her please turn off the television lets of some place quiet and lets begin. I pulled out the multiplication facts and asked her for the products and she knew them up to 2-10. I was shocked and it didn't take three hours it only took about 20 minutes. I was so proud of her and she was too. I quickly called her dad at work and asked him to quiz her and he did and she really knew her time tables, not all but the majority. A week later they teacher called and told me how great she was doing in Math and that she was in the higher performing group. My child has always performed below grade level to get this compliment was like god smiling down on me finally. I always knew my child could do it, but none of her teachers could get her there, but the tutors at Learning RX did. Overall, the staff at Learning RX are patient and caring and the owner cares more about the child than money. I am glad I made this big investment and it paid off. We are now working on her Reading skills and I can't wait for her to get there.

We paid more than $20k in 2017. We were told the hours never expire. Our old child feels their service is useless and stopped going after a while. We hence have quite some hours remaining. We started to use it on our younger child as the hours are for siblings. Sometime in 2023, they started bugging us to sign a new contract that put an expiration time that is impossible for us to finish the hours. We told them the contract is unfair and we won't sign as that is equivalent to robbing the money from us. They then refused to let us take scheduled lessons. I called the police on them and they told the police that they were going to refund us. That was more than a month ago. Still today, no refund was ever seen. And they just plainly ignore my inquiry emails. Their Millburn NJ center is the worst. The woman who claims to be the center director frequently threaten us to sign the unfair contract. Check online for various reports of their fraudulent practice and subpar services, such as BBB and trustpilot. Many complaints, quote "It is a money making scam. Very unethical and should be investigated." "Definitely not worth it.". Also, watch out how they log your hours. It's a complete blackbox. In the communications on remaining hours, they changed and took away a large number from what was originally communicated through email and contracts. If you are a victim of their fraud, you should report to the state attorney general.
