An absolute terrible experience. I used Chyten for my older children and was satisfied with the experience. That is why I recently took one of my youngest children to Chyten for test prep. Unfortunately, it is no longer Chyten. They are now Academic Journeys and the level of customer service is just awful. The owner, Maureen, does not know how to run a business, she is totally overwhelmed, and her students are paying the price. She walks around barefoot, with her hair sticking up every which way, handing out tomatoes. She is basically a mess and so is her business. My child had classes canceled, no goals set for him, waited weeks to get results from practice tests, phone calls and emails were not returned, and no progress was made; two months of our time was completely wasted. The only measurable result was that my wallet was a lot lighter. In the end I took him out of there and sent him elsewhere for the test prep. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more
