I removed my daughter early to spend these last two weeks of school at home because we could not take anymore. Do not be fooled by the website, as what's listed there is NOT what they offer. The teachers can't spell or use basic grammar correctly and should NOT be instructing students (my daughter's teacher even misspelled her name on her graduation certificate and in the graduation program after being in her class for TWO YEARS and after addressing the spelling multiple times). Disparaging comments were made by her teacher to me and around my daughter about autistic students in her class. The school is run by a company called Endeavor that is based out of Florida and is money grab. I reached out to them with my concerns and was given the runaround. Several other parents at the school have banded together and will not be returning. We all reached out about concerns with no changes being made by the administration. My daughter was bullied NUMEROUS times-even physically assaulted- and it took extreme action on my part to get the bully removed from the school. Bathrooms that don't fully function for most of the year, only having hot running water and no cold water in some area...the list of issues with the school and staff goes on and on.

I approached his teacher, Ms. Patty, and asked to speak with her in regards to this matter. Once I told Ms. Patty what my son had told me she instantly became very defensive. She immediately came to the other child's defense and straight out accused my son of lying. I asked her how they handle altercations between children and her response was "typically we would speak to both students and their parents BUT it didn't happen." After several minutes of being accused of lying I decided to leave with my son. Not only did this upset my son but it also tainted the image I had portrayed of how teachers are supposed to be. Supportive, friendly and trustworthy. Our experience with Ms. Patty was none of the above. To make matters worse, minutes after leaving the facility I received an extremely aggressive email from the director, Julie. She did not ask me any questions about the conversation that took place. Instead, she came to Ms. Patty's defense and threatened to kick my son out. Given the experience we had on our son's first day, my husband and I agreed we were not comfortable leaving our son in their care. Leaving us no choice, we removed our son from this preschool. We let the director know our decision and requested a full refund. We were only given a PARTIAL refund and were still charged fees. Nothing was explained to us and no further contact was made by the school. I made the mistake of assuming this preschool was a warm, inviting environment due to it being linked to a church. I was sadly mistaken. Patty was extremely bias and made my child feel embarrassed, unheard and unworthy. Julie, the director, turned around and did the same to me.

She loves going to school everyday and a huge part of that is the environment that St. Aidans fosters. Their curriculum has always been exactly what she needed and her teachers have always been able to challenge her academically and encourage her imagination and creativity as well. The class sizes are just right so that she is provided with personalized instruction as well as lots of friends to play with! St. Aidans has been such a blessing to us these last three years! New ownership in 2023 has made so many great changes. There is better communication, cosmetic touch ups to the school, and I believe there is more teacher training. We have been attending since early 2020 and have had several great teachers and caregivers along the way. Some moments were extra hard to leave a classroom. We've watched our child grow and learn so much over the years and I believe it's been a large contributor to combat her shyness. Goddard has been the one and only place we've entrusted with our daughter since 6mo of age and Ms. Zina / Ms. Pam have been there for us all the way-what gems, it's been such a pleasure to know them. The latest great addition at the beginning of the year has been Ms. Tiffany (pre-K) who, with Ms. Mary, livens up the room and brings many different ideas/activities to the class. My girl was definitely ready for the next big step, thanks to them. They all really love on our kids and it takes a special soul to deal with so many personalities on a daily basis. May God continue to bless this staff and touch so many lives. It can be hard to vet a quality childcare provider, but this one has proven to exceed our expectations.

This was the absolute coldest environment I've ever stepped into and I feel guilty for letting my child stay here for the last 6 months. My daughter begged me NOT to take her there after only a month or two. I should've listened to her because it was 6 months too long! The teachers are not loving towards the children at all, the communication is lacking and they do not know how to handle strong minded kids. They tend to just focus on negative behavior instead of encouraging positive behavior. But the MAIN reason I withdrew her was because the teachers do NOT pay attention to what is going on in their classroom and have zero accountability for incidents. They are highly under staffed and do not watch the children closely AT ALL. My daughter would come home with multiple injuries and no incident report or notification. She had at least 6 bites in the toddler room including her first week there and she came home with 2 black eyes with no explanation as to how she got it. They actually asked me if she had it when I dropped her off that morning. Are you kidding me?? The director was just as guilty as the rest of the staff and never once saw /met the owner until after the check quit coming. I never bothered calling her back. Please do our research before enrolling here, I do NOT recommend it.
