I went to their website, found the location and hours (which were extremely inconvenient with my schedule, and basically anyone who works normal day hours....). It said (and I will post a screenshot of the site) they were open until 3pm on Fridays, so I made the trip over to Sharon to find that they were CLOSED. Terrible customer service to have incorrect hours on your website, it does say "Summer hours will vary", however I visited on June 7, 2016 and summer doesn't officially start until June 20. This place lost a customer. I won't be returning. What a waste.

They were incredibly responsive and helpful. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted, shipped exactly when I needed it. The cookies were fresh and packed so well you would have thought they were Ming vases! My husband was thrilled with his treats and I admit, I ordered a few extra to enjoy myself. The price is high, as is the quality. However, due to the prices, Fancy Pants cookies will probably be a 'sometimes food' (credit to Cookie Monster). Worth the occasional indulgence - and so nice to encounter such responsive and friendly customer service!

I managed to grab a lemon raspberry scone for the drive home, and I think it's my favorite scone now. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and exactly what you want from a great scone. Between the quality, the setting, and the variety, this is the kind of place that works just as well for a holiday centerpiece as it does for a spontaneous stop. I'm glad it's not closer to home though--it would be very hard to achieve my desired weight goals it if were. Just be sure to go early if you want the best selection of ready to eat goods.
