He really listened to what we wanted and also read through the lines to help us. We were returning to California after being gone for 22 years, so things had really changed! After we found the home, we ran into several hurdles with the selling agent, who was incredibly difficult to deal with!!! Mike has the ability to remain calm and has incredible negotiating skills! Mike and his team worked tirelessly to get this deal done. Mike had to go out of town right after the contract was signed, and his team was very proficient in handling details while he was gone. Even when we were ready to cancel the deal and start over, he was willing to let us make that decision and he remained positive, reassuring us we would find another home, never giving up. He has continued to stay in touch and has helped me find a good realtor in another location for my sister. Always seems to be available, if not immediately, very quick to respond. I was a realtor in another state, so I know a good realtor when I meet one. He is the best!!

He has helped us find a great house for one of our kids, assisted in the selling of my mother-in-laws house in Oxnard, found me three great rental properties, found my wife and I our dream retirement home and sold my residence of 27 years. Mike is a tireless professional. He is always available and patient to explain some of the finer points of real estate. His negotiations skills are second to none and he has saved me literally thousands of dollars in transactions because of this. Mike takes the time to "learn his customers". He listens and understands what you're looking for and will preview and screen properties in order to save you from looking at properties that don't fit your needs. He is a cut above everyone else I've met in the real estate industry. There may be some as good, but none better!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my home…read more From my very first conversation with Jesse, I could tell he was a go-getter and a great negotiator. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and confident without ever making me feel pressured. That was a big reason I decided to go with him. Then I met Desiree, and she was just as amazing. She was so sweet, easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I got to tour all the homes with her, while Jesse was working behind the scenes, giving us his expert advice, thoughts, and strategy along the way. I felt very safe and trusted them instantly because they really worked for my best interest. And when I say we looked at houses... we LOOKED at houses!! We toured MANY homes in such a short amount of time and they made it happen for me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my time. We submitted offers, backup offers, multiple offers, and went through all the ups and downs that come with trying to find the right home. Then one day... BOOM! The seller accepted our offer! Not only did they help me get the house, but Jesse and Desiree were able to negotiate a huge discount for me, along with credits toward closing costs. That made such a difference, and I'm incredibly grateful for how hard they worked on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, they were supportive, helpful, responsive, and always there whenever I needed something. But honestly, what stood out to me the most was that it never really felt like I was working with real estate agents. It felt like I was working with old friends and family who genuinely cared about helping me get into my home, and now they're friends to me. Much love and respect to them And when we finally got the keys , they even surprised me with some really thoughtful little gifts, and a surprise at home. Such a sweet way to finish an already amazing experience. So, thank you, Des, for being so patient, kind, and easy to work with. And thank you, Jesse, for being such a great negotiator and for always having our back throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me, and I'm so happy I chose you guys to help me through one of the biggest purchases of my life. Thank you, Jesse and Desiree! If anyone is looking for a real estate team that will actually be there for you and make you feel like more than just another client, I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

They have repeatedly delayed my closing going on three weeks now with no end in sight. Communication is atrocious, updates are non-existent, and their process is flawed. Once I terminate this contract, I'll be declining any future offers that come through with pre-approvals from Finest City. Absolutely unacceptable.

Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! My husband and I were moving across country this time, so there was a lot involved in attention, timing, negotiating, and yes, hand-holding. She was knowledgeable, wise, and always had our backs. We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.

Jamie was incredibly helpful--friendly, responsive, and proactive, with a great positive attitude. After sharing my wish list, he got to work right away and communicated with me daily. When a listing popped up early one morning that looked perfect and hadn't even hit the MLS yet, he contacted the agent immediately and we were touring the unit within 2 hours. He took it from there, handling all the communication, and after a very frustrating two months trying on my own, Jamie had helped me secure a lease on my dream condo less than 10 days after that first call, even negotiating a slightly better rate!
