He prepared all the necessary paperwork for us; in every single step, he was on top of everything. When we were in the process of buying our house, our lender didn't do what they promised, so we were thinking of backing out of the deal and losing our deposit of $4,000.00. However, Markee suggested that we switch lenders to be able to continue with the process without losing our deposit. He found a lender for us with a much better deal. We didn't have to pay the extra $11,000.00 that our previous lender was asking for and we were able to close escrow before the estimated date. Markee had the right answers to our questions and he gave us the best advice. I'm so glad we trusted him and I'm very happy with his services. Thank you Markee!
