On weekdays when I was at work or away on a business trip, Laura readily agreed to pickup my parents from my apartment and accompanied them to the open houses. My parents who are not used to the house hunting in the US told me that Laura was very cordial and gave the pros and cons of the properties. Even when she had undergone medical treatment and was recuperating she was contacting us to see the properties coming on the market. She took my parents within few days of recovery to show the houses. That shows her commitment and interest in finding the house for me.
