Bob has continued to harass our family after we've asked him not to contact us. When he left NAF…read moreand went to another outfit, he took our information and started spamming us from the new organization. Now that he is back at NAF, he has started doing the same thing again. We've unsubscribed, blocked and he still manages to access us since he is doing it outside of the NAF channels. Now, he has signed us up for Homebot, which is something we never authorized. Taking someone's information and signing them up for things that they didn't authorize is a violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act. I've gone ahead and reported him to NAF a third time, contacted an attorney and will be filing a report against his license on Monday. I've given you several opportunities to stop harassing us. My experience has been mediocre with this loan agent and US Bank. I have done at least a dozen of…read morereal estate refinancings with different loan agents over the years, so I am familiar with the process. 1. The refinancing process was a little chaotic, and some departments in the bank were slow to move files despite borrower's multiple warnings of deadlines to the loan agent, so the loan did not close on time, which caused significant complications and expenses due to borrower's upcoming overseas traveling. 2. The loan agent promised a processing fee refund after loan closing, but he refused to honor it later. The borrower had to escalate the issue with his supervisor to get the fee refund. 3. Several months after loan closing, the title company told me they are still missing various signatures and notary acknowledgment pages for loan closing and they had to make an appointment with me to redo these pages. There seem to be many gaps in their refiancing operations.

Have zero security in any approval/pre-approval/fully underwritten pre-approval from Wells Fargo…read more Terrible mortgage experience Wells Fargo pre-approved us then issued a conditional approval so we were good to go for closing then pulled out last minute approximately 2 business days before closing for an issue not mentioned on the conditional pre-approval and completely non-financial reason. Wells Fargo provided no way for us to respond to their last minute objections and simply denied the loan leaving us high and dry risking our deposit in escrow. Never have had such a terrible experience. Tom Forker & Eva Black were our WF focal points. Update 12/31/20: Wells Fargo Corporate office called to inform that they have denied my request for an appraisal refund & also received a letter from Zoila Sarmiento stating the same. Stay away from Wells Fargo if you value your time and money.
