They planted eight Thuja Green Giants, two Kwanzan cherry trees, two apple trees and cleared out an area on our lawn that was full of horse nettle, poison ivy and weeds. Chris asked me to check where the trees were placed on the property before they planted to make sure they were in the sections we chose. He took the time measuring so that the trees were equidistant from each other. The workers were friendly, worked long hours and very hard. Thank you for a job well done!

Professional. They're engaged (and maybe even a little excited to be there). They have ideas. They do more than just landscaping which I've found helpful. I do find they skew more expensive, but honestly that's been worth it for me thus far as my experience has been better than I've had elsewhere. So, I really like these guys. They're pros.

I again asked them if the estimates are free the person who answered the phone said "absolutely". Two days later someone from Timberline called to make an appointment and told me the estimate costs $200. I told him that is not what the website or the person who answered the phone said. He told me the estimate is free only if we cut down the tree. That is not what is written. How can you trust a place that has false advertisement and lies before you use them . Every other arborist I call give legitimate free estimates.

We also had…read morea huge, mature tree leaning on our building after a major storm, which had to be removed ASAP. Steve came by to assess several hours after we requested and was able to schedule removal for the next day, astonishingly. We did not see indemnification language in his form proposal (agreement), but were able to have him add us as additional insureds -- and he volunteered to add all adjoining neighbors as well. His policy limits are adequate. And he affirmatively reached out to the school across the street from us to notice them about the large trucks and noise associated with tree removal. It was a huge job, but he and his team were able to complete the work in a single day. Other contractors had told us it would take two days. He and his team were clearly experts at rope work and took down branches without causing damage to the pergola or patio below the tree. They did have to take out our beautiful smaller tree adjoining the large, leaning tree, sadly. This kind of work is expensive -- heart-attack-inducing expensive -- but based on the quotes we received, Steve's pricing is not unreasonable. Very professional company and team, very responsive to questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate situation we were in!
