Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care. Surgical team: Dr Sajan, Dr.Khezri (anesthesia), Chansotie (nurse), Tina (PA). Post-op care: Shelby (MA) Sincerely, Danika Bowman

Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

And while under I figured I could do some rhinoplasty to correct the shape of my nose. I looked at a few places, nervous because I've never had surgery before. After meeting Dr Schvindler, I knew this was the place. For me, I didn't want some sterile Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, I wanted a compassionate, warm place and a doctor who helps Vets, teaches, and specializes on face. So after a few months the day finally arrived! I had a 6am appointment and nervous, no idea how much pain I'll be in afterward, and thought about backing out. But I press forward, comforted by the amazing anesthesiologist whom made me laugh and stayed with me the whole time. After getting on the table, I fell asleep without even noticing I was about to and woke up basically on my way home. My wife putting me to bed I didn't feel tired and in fact felt energetic. The most profound thing is that I didn't even take the strong pain killers at any time afterwards. I felt no pain at any stage ever. Sure the first day is like a really bad cold, and you are super stuffy but each day gets better and in a week you are back to normal. After the first day the gel in your nose disintegrates. Nothing else goes in there. So a month later writing this, yes it will take a while for swelling subside but an amazing experience. I am so thankful for Dr S. Let me tell you- these results surpassed my expectations and i cannot thank Dr Joe AND Melissa enough for helping me feel beautiful and secure with myself. 10/10 recommend. The recovery was actually not as bad as i had hyped it to be either, having the nurses be available by text was so nice and greatly appreciated. Side note- the office is great, from the front desk, the financing, doctors and nurses. This was also the first time that i didn't wake up sick from anesthesia.

READ THIS this before setting up a consultation with Dr. Amadi!!…read more I'm very DISAPPOINTED with this practice! Dr Amadi & his practice reneged on an agreement they made with me. I was very specific in stating that I was exploring surgical procedures and I may not be able to accommodate a surgical procedure. I said I would only agree to spend $250 on a consult with him if I could use it toward a non-surgical procedure like injectables if I decided not to move forward. They agreed, and now, they are RENEGING on that promise!! They have no problem now that they have your money!! They've apologized for the misunderstanding, but will not make any exception or offer any kind of concession. So be clear, that when you give them $250 or more to have a consultation with Dr. Amadi, you will lose that amount if you decide not to do a surgical procedure or decide not to move forward with him. They will justify this action by saying he takes 1.5hrs of his time to consult with you. I did not dispute that. I was clear of the time he was spending but again, they said I could apply it to a non-surgical procedure. I thought this was fair because I kept the money in his practice. I was not asking for my money back. Aside from this, their front desk and Dr Amadi were nice. You have choices! Do your research and ask for their policies. Ask how they do their consultations. Get things in writing. As a sidenote, from my experience & opinion, 1.5hrs is not needed when you're just exploring options and doctors for the first time. You want to talk with other Plastic surgeons to get their inputs, costs and policies. Most of these intro level appointments have not been more than 30 to 60 minutes elsewhere. And if I wanted to explore further wi a doctor I booked another appointment. If Dr Amadi wants to run his practice this way, that's his choice. Just be very clear that you will lose that money if you choose not to do surgery with him.

From the moment she walked in to my treatment room, I was struck by her warmth and genuine patience. It felt as though I had known her for years, a testament to her exceptional ability to connect with her patients on a personal level. Having received Botox injections for over a decade In San Francisco, Beverly Hills, NYC and Seattle, I thought I had already discovered the pinnacle of expertise. That was until I met Alison. Her skill and precision in administering injections are unparalleled. Not only did she achieve stunning results with fewer units than I was used to, but she also managed to do so at a more affordable price. This efficiency and effectiveness clearly showcase her deep knowledge and mastery in the field. I also have had friends go to her for micro-needling. They were super enthusiastic about it and said it caused their skin to start doing its own thing by making new cells to make them look younger. By the way, nothing Alison does ever hurts! Not even a little bit. I don't even flinch when she does it because she is so gentle. It's no surprise that Alison excels, given her affiliation with Dr. Baxter, a renowned plastic surgeon whose reputation as one of the best in the US is well-deserved. No actually, I was told 2-3 months max. 3. In addition to numbness, discomfort, and recurrent infection, my nose is still crooked and my airway is not as open as it could be. I was so traumatized by the first surgery, I don't even want to find another surgeon to make a revision, let alone let him do it! During my consultation Dr. Egrari he told me he would also do liposuction (paying for it) to remove some extra fat from my arms but when I asked his nurses after surgery if liposuction had been done they told me it hadn't. My results were not anywhere near what I expected/desired. I was left with approximately two inches of loose/jiggly skin and my "after" looked like someone's " before photo." I was obviously very disappointed and upset after the money spent and the painful recovery. I discussed this with Dr. Egrari during my follow-up appointment. He basically gas lit me saying the results were proportionate to my body and that my arms looked better than before. When I lifted my arms and showed him the excess skin jiggling like a bat wing, he told me that even twelve year old's have arm jiggle. If Dr. Egrari would have validated my disappointment and acknowledged that the results weren't optimal I would have continued to have trust in him knowing this could potentially happen. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. He did tell me that we could meet in 6 months and if I was still unhappy we could discuss my options to see if I still felt I needed it, but doubling down that he stands by his opinion that my results were optimal. I'm not sure how extra time would solve anything, like in 6 months my arms would miraculously tighten up and the fat would disappear. I flew out of state to get a second opinion from a highly respected surgeon who told me that I had well over two inches of loose skin that still needed to be removed along with some additional fat that required liposuction. He also said as time went on the sagging would get even worse. I'm very upset that I have to pay for another surgery and start all over. While I believe Dr. Egrari does some things right (runs a safe practice with great before and after care) I believe his surgical approach is far too conservative resulting in a disappointing outcome.

I was a longtime patient of Dr. Egrari, having undergone multiple procedures with him over the span…read moreof more than a decade. Our relationship was always friendly and professional, and I had no issues with his care until a complication arose that required a more nuanced and specialized approach. Years ago, Dr. Egrari selected textured anatomical (teardrop-shaped) breast implants for my augmentation. Unfortunately, these implants rotated in the existing pocket, creating noticeable asymmetry. I later learned from other surgeons that placing teardrop implants into an existing pocket is generally not recommended for precisely this reason. I brought this concern to Dr. Egrari's attention, but he didn't offer to correct the issue, and at the time, I wasn't eager to undergo another surgery. Years later, I learned that the implants in my body had been recalled due to their association with BIA-ALCL, a rare lymphoma linked to textured implants. By then, I had also developed two autoimmune conditions and became seriously concerned that the implants might be contributing to systemic inflammation. When I brought these concerns to Dr. Egrari, I was disappointed by his response. He was dismissive of Breast Implant Illness (BII), calling it "hysteria from women on Facebook," despite my sharing published studies from reputable sources like PubMed showing emerging evidence of a link between implants and autoimmune symptoms. I ultimately decided to remove the implants and placed a $1000 deposit when a cancellation became available. However, when I asked Dr. Egrari to confirm that he would perform a full capsulectomy (removal of the scar capsule around the implant), he declined, citing the potential risks due to capsule adhesion to the ribs. While I respect that decision, I chose instead to go to a specialist in explant surgery who was certified in microsurgical techniques and could guarantee full capsule removal--something advised for patients with autoimmune symptoms. I wrote a polite and respectful email explaining my concerns and decision to go with a specialist. Despite only holding the surgery slot for two days, Dr. Egrari retained my full deposit and shockingly banned me from his practice. While Dr. Egrari may be a skilled surgeon for routine procedures, my experience suggests that when problems arise, patients may be completely abandoned and met with petty, small minded, unprofessional conduct. Surgeons will often refer out to specialists but after years of loyalty, I was left stunned by how quickly all goodwill evaporated the moment I needed care that required a more specialized approach. It was a hurtful and revealing end to what had once been a trusting doctor-patient relationship.
