The loan agent promised a processing fee refund after loan closing, but he refused to honor it later. The borrower had to escalate the issue with his supervisor to get the fee refund. 3. Several months after loan closing, the title company told me they are still missing various signatures and notary acknowledgment pages for loan closing and they had to make an appointment with me to redo these pages. There seem to be many gaps in their refiancing operations.
