But when I returned the car with more fuel than they originally gave me, they blamed the customer and refused to issue any credit at all. These people are very dishonest. I can't believe a business like this is still operating without government authorities stepping in to investigate.

I reserved my uhaul on line and had no problem picking it up. The guys were super friendly and laid back. Made it relaxing and easy, and didn't try and upsell me on a bunch of bull. Well the staff are just so nice and helpful with carts available upon request to help load ur things. Also the units are climate controlled . Sunday the 29th of March I arrived to pick up my reservation. I encountered two employees on the…read morelot. I asked where do I go for the reservation? They directed me to inside the store at the left side of the building. I went in completed my rental and returned to my car. I was blocked in as I had parked at the front of the store. There is no clearly marked parking spots for customers. I managed to pull around the U-Haul truck that was parked in the half circle driveway blocking my car. After this I pulled around along the left side of the business. Still unsure where to go to pick up the trailer I was wander around the trailers and trucks parked on the lot. The person working seen me, finished with the customer they were with and promptly hopped into a truck with trailer attached. They said nothing to me, this is the same person I encountered when I arrived. I continued to look around and decided to drive on to the back lot behind the store where this person went. Upon arriving in the back lot I seen many more trucks and trailers. The employee seen me walked past my car, I stood there next to my car waiting.They proceeded to the trailer and stood there looking my direction. After about a minute I turned and asked "Do you need me to back up to the trailer?" They said " yes", after backing up with zero assistance to indicate if I shou keep backing up or if I was close enough I stopped. Put my car in park and got out. They said "Where are the hooks?" I reached down and felt them "I said they are right here." They continued to feel for them and asked again in a rude voice "Where?" I asked "do you want me to connect it?" No answer...... they continued to be unable to hook the chains on the hook. So I asked again "do you want me to do it?" They said "No!" While it took 4 minutes for them to connect the trailer I was never spoken to. They did not say a word when they finished, no thanks, no all set, not one word was spoken to indicate all is well and I could leave. As they walked away I figured it was safe to assume they were finished. That entire encounter was awkward uncomfortable and left a bad feeling in my mind. I left went straight home and found that a brand new item I had sitting on my front seat was now missing. Did I mention the car I was driving has recording and I was busy that day didn't have a chance to check the footage however I sat down today and looked at it. No wonder why they were so rude to me. No wonder why they didn't acknowledge me didn't make eye contact nothing they stole out of my front passenger seat. They stole the item that I had just purchased that was sitting on my front passenger seat.

We've been with all storage. I want to say almost 3 years now maybe a little longer I know Debbie…read morerecently lost her husband, but the place never looked better. She's definitely got hands-on and keeps the units looking amazing. Every time we go in there she has a big smile on her face and she just makes us feel like we've known her forever. Where can you go to a storage business where the Manager really makes you feel comfortable? , There we know our stuff is safe and clean. We don't ever have to worry about the items in our unit getting stolen or broken into. The grounds are always clean! There's times where we have forgotten to lock our unit and Debbie will make a phone call to me and let me know that I need to come back and lock the unit. She looks out for us. We really really appreciate her. There's times where she's actually driven her little cart over and chatted with us and makes us smile because she always has something funny to say. I feel like we have made a good friend in Debbie and I know that if she wasn't there, we would be looking for another storage unit. It's amazing how one person can make all the difference. With all that being said, it's pretty obvious we love her to death and you're very lucky to have someone like that working for you!
