Maddy was my stylist, she was really nice and took good care of me. She colored my hair how I wanted and cut it nice, but I wish I let her cut a bit more. It was a little loud, but that's to be expected from a salon. I recommend Maddy if you're looking for someone who can take really good care of you. Went in on a saturday for a fullset. Only to leave with two nails that were short and wide. My pinky nails weren't the same length and to top it off my top gel layer on my nails started having air bubbles. Worst 40$ spent. Wont be back anytime soon for my nails. I won't go anywhere else to get my hair done. My stylist and most of the other stylist care about your hairs health.. It took a couple sessions to get me this light and my hair has never felt healthier. Before I came in I had hair above my shoulders, dark Brown with about 2 inches of grow out, super thin and wouldn't grow. My stylist made sure to tell me that this will be a process and she won't get me blonde in one sitting without frying my hair off. (Do NOT box dye your hair) I agreed with her and was grateful that she cared about keeping my hair healthy. It took about 4 sessions to get here. She then recommended me Moisture Me Rich Sham&Con, and a heat protectant. The Salon is always clean, bathroom is clean and front desk area is clean with the cutest decor. Some of these reviews are a lot of people are bashing the reputation of an amazing salon for not having service, for not getting their cuticles trimmed, or for their stylist being on vacation. read more

I literally had the worst "manicure" of my life here. The girl was so sweet and I just couldn't tell her how bad it was. I didn't get my cuticles trimmed at all. It seemed as though she had never used a nail file before. Just filed down my nails to thin strips on my fingers. I'll need two weeks to let them heal. I wish the owner would get a manicure here so they can see what they're selling. I just threw away $20 here. read more

I came to this place for a pedicure because they are close to home and I didn't have time to drive to my regular salon. I run my business from home, so I can work anywhere from my phone or iPad. One major downfall of the salon itself is the is NO wifi or data inside the building. The phone simply said no service. I made a comment to the gal doing my pedicure that the service is terrible and she confirmed you have to go out back or in front by the receptionist desk to get any service. Of course by that time it was too late for me to walk out. As far as the service I received, I would give it the second worse pedicure of my life. If you are looking for scrubs and lotions, then this is your place. I went for a pedicure, so I would expect the majority of the service to be on my feet. I felt I needed to get a pedicure after I left there. The service I received was nothing different from what I give myself weekly at home. There were some good things...parking is super easy, they got me in right away on a walk in, the people are super nice and friendly. In a nutshell, I definitely would not recommend this place and will never return. read more

Four days before the first day of my girls senior year they destroyed her hair. She went in for them to touch up her roots, and she left with blisters and scabs. HORRIBLE!!! In the last 2 months the receptionist (same one) has messed up my wife's appointment 3 times. The first time she rescheduled, the 2nd time she showed up and the stylist wasn't even in town and they knew she wasn't going to be in town (didn't even bother to call and reschedule my wife), & on the same 2nd trip she thought she'd better check her next appointment and the receptionist had again scheduled her on a day that my wife's stylist wasn't even scheduled to be in. My wife submitted a complaint to the management via email and received NO RESPONSE at all & that was the only way they took complaints which I can now understand why. Once her stylist had heard of all these issues and the other issues with her clients in the recent months she left Mild to Wild and went to the competitor around the corner. I would pay twice as much to send my wife to a place that takes care of her! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be sure when I have the chance people know what a horrible place this is because I'd never want anyone to come home in tears like my wife did. I took a picture in of the hairstyle I wanted. I have long hair and wanted a Jessica Simpson hairstyle. Brooke cut my hair and sadly it looks like a mullet, not a nice subtle tapered long bank look. My hair looks absolutely horrible. Brooke was nice enough but when I told her how bad it looked and started to cry because I have my daughters wedding in two days, she just said I hate hearing that. I love this place! I started coming to the salon when I moved here from California back about 6 months ago. Tonia does my hair, and always helps me to do what is best for it. I like crazy colors and she has done them well, from a pink and purple ombre to a beautiful blue. I like that she is personable, dedicated and honest. Can't actully wait for my next appointment! I also have my nails done by Rylee, I am always indecisive about what I want, but she always guides me along. She never forgets what I like and makes some awesome suggestions. (Cause to me.....sparkles rock!) Very friendly, talkative and attentive as well. I even changed when I came here from the only thing I ever knew, which was acrylics, she convinced me to do gel instead. Now I will never change back. I love gel now. I used to come here all the time & really loved the service done with my nails however, recently the service as been extremely unprofessional & frustrating. I called the first week of December to get scheduled appointments at the end of the month, the day came to get my nails done & I get a call that same day telling me that I need to reschedule, no big deal. I get another call for a nail appointment an hour before I'm supposed to go in, I ask if I can go to someone else instead because of my busy work schedule I took these days off solely for this purpose, only to find out there is nothing that they can do. It's been more than unprofessional & extremely frustrating with the short notice & phone calls, I am extremely disappointed to how this place has turned out. read more

I've been to 2 different stylists there and both of them were incredibly talented and kind.

Been trying to find a good haircut here for about a year. Just a simple guy's cut ya know? So I finally found a stylist that could do that and then two days before a longstanding appointment I get a message that she's going out of town. No offer to re-schedule with another stylist so I had to initiate that myself. Got one cut with new stylist and my next cut is canceled two hours beforehand because "a coloring job is taking too long". Translated: "I put a higher-paying coloring job in front of your $25 haircut Mr. Longstanding Customer so I need to bump your appointment to another stylist two hours later on a Saturday afternoon that you had planned around your month-old haircut appointment." Avoid this place if you expect a business that will keep its commitments. read more

This is the worst salon known to man!!! I go into get some brown through out my blond hair and I came out with brown hair with some blond in it. They set up an appointment to have it fixed and when I go into that appointment the girl that did my hair put high volume bleach on it and my hair started falling out. (5 inches fell out) Then I asked to talk to the owner and I had to make an appointment to see her!! And when I saw the owed she tells me it's not so bad. And cuts my hair even more and gave me some product to help repair the damage. Any salon own will know that kind of chemical damage is not getting repaired! Then she sent me on my way, didn't apologize for all my hair coming out and didn't offer to make it right. I never went back to this horrible salon ever again!!!! read more

I'm sure their stylists and nail techs are great, but I never had the opportunity to find out. I scheduled appointments six times to have a full set of gel nails applied and each time something in the computer was messed up. The first time instead of a nail appointment the receptionist had scheduled me for a hair cut and color. The second time I was scheduled for a manicure. The third time the nail tech called in sick and no one called to let me know. The fourth time I was scheduled for a fill despite still never having had the full set applied. The fifth time the nail tech said she tried to call me to reschedule because she had been overbooked, but I never received a call. They said my phone number was put into the system incorrectly, not sure how that happened since I had to confirm it when I made all the previous appointments. The last time and most recent time (just last Friday) when I arrived the nail tech stated that I had been scheduled for a manicure and there was no way she would have time to do a full set of gel nails. By this time I had traveled to the salon six times and was extremely frustrated. They tried to reschedule my appointment but I decline and stated I would go somewhere else. This was a very frustrating experience. Not only did they screw up with entering my appointments in the computer, but the wait time just to get an appointment was over a week in most cases. So I wasted at least six weeks trying to get one set of nails done. I will never make another appointment here again!!! read more

Worst salon I have ever dealt with. I called in specifically asking for a stylist who is good with extensions so I could have my extensions cut and colored to match. I also wanted my ends and my bangs trimmed and my highlights brightened up HIGHLIGHTS ONLY. The girl ( I won't mention her name) ended up giving me a few dozen foils and bleached the heck out of my hair, completely frying it even though I said several times that I didn't want too much blonde and whacked off my bangs so they were straight across and hanging right in my eyes, about 1.5" shorter than what I asked and "trimmed" more than 2" off my hair which had just been cut about 4 weeks earlier. Then, she takes my extensions and puts a bunch of lowlights in it so that they didn't match my hair at all, to top it off, she chopped off about 7 inches off my 20" - $120 extensions that I had just purchased for my friend's wedding later this year. My friend called in to rescue me and I was given a redo with a great stylist who fixed the color but there was no saving my extensions and so after $240 I was back to what my hair was prior to the first disaster and had ruined extensions. I tried discussing it with the manager and she just kept interrupting me and talking over me by saying "I'm so sorry", yet made no effort to appease me by refunding money or giving a gift certificate to compensate for my destroyed extensions and for all my hair that was breaking off from the bleach. This is the second time I have gone in, had my hair destroyed, and had to go in a 2nd time to get it fixed at this salon. Luckily I am moving out of state, but if I ever came back, I would steer clear of this salon and due to my own awful experiences, I have suggested my friends and family don't visit this salon either. read more
