I'm glad Dunkin Donuts decided to open a store in Westbahnhof; perhaps I'm not a regular customer but it is nice to grab one or two donuts on my way home. It keeps surprising me that usually there are no crowds waiting for their donuts (which is something we would see in other Dunkin Donuts stores in Vienna), the service is fast and I have to say that people who work here are very genuinely friendly and welcoming. And yes, sometimes they are simply very bored and are happy to see their customers.
