I've been here a few times. They really take piercing seriously. The shop is clean and modern and pleasant to be in, even as it's tucked in an unassuming strip mall. They are limiting numbers of clients in the building so very COVID-safe. Walk-ins are impossible. Make an appointment and expect for it to be a week out at least. All I needed was a ball replaced on my cartilage but he was very professional, stretched my piercing, everything autoclaved, put in the new ball, and done. I stupidly got a nose piercing from somewhere cheap and it got very irritated so i wanted to get it changed to better quality jewelry so i went to Milanos Lady up front said bump may need to be cut off or drained I said okay whatever you guys suggest to make it heal better. When I got to the back first thing he said was my piercing was "ghetto" and told me i would have this huge bump on my face forever and going the cheap way you'll pay the consequences. then went on about catching HIV and more on paying the consequences. I'm freshly 18 and was by myself he could very much tell i was getting uncomfortable since i never replied to anything he was saying. He didn't give me a chance to look at the jewelry before putting it in or after so i get to my car and the jewelry is totally the wrong color and at that point i was so uncomfortable i just wanted to leave. Also when I mentioned how the lady up front said he'd do something with the bump he told me he doesn't fix other peoples work he has his own clients to do things for, never once was i asking for anything free or anything like that I was more then willing to pay for him helping me. I went there just for to change my piercing n advice without much knowledge. side note: I have a double nose piercing this was my second the first one also had the same bump issue (not from cheap jewelry just my healing) so I also went to Milanos to change the jewelry out and the same piercer never said these things about the bump and also the bump went away within a week. so this experience SHOCKED me. I just feel there are other ways to educate people on how to stay safe then being mean. I recommend making an appointment in advance because often, Scott (the piercer) doesn't arrive to the shop until his first scheduled appointment. Overall, each of my piercings were pretty painless, and healed very nicely and quickly. Although Scott can sometimes be a bit anti-social and not very talkative, he can get the job done safely, clean, and precisely. I went in the shop with money, even willing to buy new jewelry because of store policy, met with the owner, horrible person, tried to sell me new piercing and jewelry that I didnt need, I have had my two (2) ear piercing for 30years, I just am not able to put the jewelry back in, in the mirror, they have these little balls that go in the middle, super hard to put back in, they dont even sell them anymore, I have no one to help me, my son failed, the owner tried to say the holes closed up and would need to be re-pierced, ($) hog wash I told him, he basically lied to my face, walked out, never be back, found out that other people have said the same, owner is horrible person, I finally found a friend to could put them back in, and it was tuff for her too, but no problems with the hole and jewelry, dont recommend this place, I dont right reviews either, but I feel like I needed to after meeting with the owner read more

This place is incredible. I have gone to Scott for my navel piercing and recently my chest dermal. The girls who do the paper work are quick and take your safety seriously. They always ID and take precaution. My friend refused to charge me first because she wasn't sure if Scott could pierce me where I wanted. I went into the waiting room and Scott quickly attended to me. He was able to do my sternum and had me check it about three times just to make sure I was happy. He did it very quickly. Scott took the sanitation and prep part longer than the actual piercing. He wore gloves, washed his hands, used a new marker, etc. The place is always spotless and they take safety and cleanliness seriously. Quick, efficient, polite workers, and a wonderful piercer. This is my go to piercing shop, I have gotten my septum, nipples, and both sides of my nose done here! For pricing reference it cost me ~$80 per piercing before tip. The piercer is very experienced and knows what he's doing, I like that he isn't super conversational like a lot of other piercers are, and he gets you in and out. I still feel very comfortable here even if I'm super nervous. i went in for a septum piercing this morning. staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional. the place itself is very clean and chic. i became pretty dizzy after getting the piercing itself (due to my own body being sensitive) but i was taken care of with multiple cups of cold water, cold compresses, an ice pack, pocky and gum. they let me lay down while i regained composure and it was a very comfortable experience. i didn't feel rushed or like i was an inconvenience at all while i took my time to recover. they even walked me out to my car at the end to make sure i didn't become dizzy again. the piercing looks fantastic and i'm really happy with how it looks. highly recommend this place, i would give 6/5 stars if i could. thanks milano :) read more

I have no complains about the piercer, he was great, professional, fast and take care of your questions. 2 stars were taken away for the girls at the front desk. They really shouldn't be working the front counter or answer any questions, not on top of things nor know a lot. We came in on a Saturday without an appointment thinking the wait won't be too bad. When we walked in no one was inside. Soon after we paid and she told us the number a group of 10 people walked in. I then quickly asked if they were before us because they didn't check in with them. She said yes, 6 people are in front of us. WHAT THE HECK. At least tell me before I pay and make sure the timing is going be okay? We waited for an hour before our number was called. Thank goodness the piercer was quick enough and my piercing wasn't so complicated, and he got us out of there fast afterward. Another 15 mins of waiting I will have to demand a refund and rush to a pre-arranged event. Overall though, the place is clean and price was great. Aside from the waiting and front desk staff with slight attitude problems- I will recommend this place. read more
