Rod & Pete came out to our yard for a free estimate and gave us lots of great ideas for trees that would grow quickly, thrive in our yard, and give us the beauty and privacy we were looking for. We were impressed with their knowledge and friendliness, as well as their timely responses. Boley removed 19 dying/dead evergreens from our backyard, along with years' worth of invasive weed/brush growth and rock borders underneath them. They put in nice-sized, healthy trees and shrubs in our back and front yards, added mulch & grass where the rock had been, and even trimmed an existing lilac that was growing into another tree. Rod and Pete were extremely attentive; Rod replied to all emails very promptly, and priced the work fairly. Even when they found that digging up all the rock took way more time & manpower than originally budgeted, they kept the quoted price. I have talked to them several times this spring and they have personally come out to check on the progress of the plants, re-seed grass where needed & remove the straw matting around the bushes. (They even disposed of our existing barrel of yard waste!!) We have worked with other tree/landscaping services, but Boley has been by far the best! Above and beyond - highly recommended!

This year I posted a small sign saying that the plant was not a weed, and do not pull. The poppy I replanted in 2024 was finally getting to a nice size and about a week from bloom. Again this week, they pulled out the entire plant. I emailed again, with no response. I had asked them in 2024 to please not weed the area after pulling the poppy the first time. (no other plants around it were touched) I chose to review because it is a repeating problem and I am being ignored. That's not good customer service.

He said not to worry. One expensive tree and two shrubs died over the winter and the local nursery guaranteed them and refunded the money. Harrington indicated he would replace them - at my expense for his labor. Then he proceeded to lead me on all summer making commitment after commitment and never following through. When I called him for the last time and complained in exasperation, he chuckled and said "we both know I really have no interest in replanting these trees for you." He played me for a fool - even though he was going to get paid again. For whatever reason, he had no interest in standing behind his work and more interest in playing games. I would not trust anything he says or does. Please note he posts no business address nor web address. I guess there's a hidden lesson here: Never do business with anyone that's too insecure to post a business or web address.

I had a very tall tree that was splitting and if it fell it would of did a lot of damage to the metal roof of my gazebo. Eric came right over and accessed my situation with me. He wrote up a very detailed estimate and did exactly what we had discussed and his price was fair.
