From the start, they took the time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve and made sure they understood my preferences. During the project, they checked in whenever questions came up instead of making assumptions, which I really appreciated. I'm extremely happy with the result and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable fencing company.

Jen, their estimator, was very patient with me after their initial bid as I asked for several options, eventually changing from a butted-board fence to a board on board style. I got a few bids from local companies but it's important to note that 707 Fence bids and uses higher quality lumber than most other companies. At least that's what I found out after comparing the bids. Make sure you compare that if you get other bids Alex and crew built a beautiful fence which I am very pleased with. The gates open and close like precision cabinetry. You'll find that Jen and Alex are very responsive and the team are talented and experienced builders. I highly recommend them and will have them back when another of my aging fences needs replacing and I won't even bother calling competitors.

Travis held my hand through every decision, was always available to answer my questions, was very honest and hard-working. We are so thrilled with how it turned out and we will be using him and his team for more projects in the future. His guys, Ryan, Jaime, & everyone else did a fantastic job. Every person who walked into my home, has worked with Travis for the last 10 to 20 years. That made me very trusting of who was in my home when I was there and when I wasn't there. It is very challenging to find a trustworthy contractor who is not only good at communicating, but is also very good at their job. Thank you, Travis and team!

We would highly recommend Travis Carter and his crew for any remodel projects - they were courteous…read morewith us and our home and came in on time/on budget and completely over-delivered on the final project. We can't believe this is our house! We've had a couple of friends hire him now to do their projects! Travis walked into our patched-together 50 year old house and understood our vision for opening up the floor plan and letting more light in. He worked within our budget to draw up a quote that met our vision, while also recommending items that could easily be isolated and saved for a later project date without having to re-do any of this initial work (like refacing the fireplace, re-doing the back patio). He was patient and helpful through the architect and permitting phase and had great recommendations for local cabinet, tile and plumbing stores that allowed us to get great quality finishes within our budget. Every sub-contractor that he brought in for specialized pieces like our master shower tile, shower glass, flooring and insulation were friendly and did absolutely top of the line work. He is also very clever at figuring out solutions to curveballs that our house threw and could take our crazy Pinterest pictures and piece them together to build custom solutions like the bench in the master shower. Overall our project included a major overhaul and upgrade to our electrical panel / electrical service to the street, major plumbing upgrades, new windows, a master bathroom addition and a complete interior paint/flooring refresh and remodel including a complete kitchen remodel (with removing load bearing walls to create an open concept) and hall bath remodel. Our house of 16 years is now a sturdy, safe home we can spend the next 50 years in - Travis didn't cut any corners and understood that this needs to be our dream home that will last "generations" as he put it. He's an honest guy with old fashioned values and you just won't find a better team to take on your project.

I am a fan but I must say it took a while to resolve the issue I was having with my beautiful gate…read more John finally did come out and in fact was successful in greasing the gate. Apparently he now has a grease gun he sells with his gates that actually works! I had a lot of trouble with greasing the gate twice yearly as recommended and I am still not quite sure why the other grease guns were not adequate. Anyway, suffice it to say I was happy to pay $50 for this magic grease gun that he sold me that seemed to do the trick. I just hope it's as easy to do it myself when I do it again this winter. Aside from backing into the gate with my car a few years back and having to have it repaired to the tune of almost a grand and then my gardener unplugging my gate to recharge his phone unbeknownst to me and costing me $180 to either recharge the battery or get a new battery or just plug it in -- it's been a while so I have forgotten exactly what they did -- the gate is almost ten years old and still working like a charm. If you grease it as recommended, it will give you many years of quality service. John was very nice when I finally did get him out here without having to pay a service call! Thanks John. No hard feelings on either side hopefully!

We've had them repair 3 sections on one shared fence, and then replace an entire damaged shared fence on the other side. Both neighbors were pleased with the quotes received and finished product.
