Our family hired Mike and his crew to take down our 49 year old maple tree due to the tree dying and large roots. Mike gave a reasonable quote compared to many other companies, his was affordable and honest. We scheduled a date and Mike came on time, with all equipment needed and with help. They all paid very close attention to the task at hand, especially since it was so close to our home and was approximately 70+ feet tall, towering partly over our home and pool. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done at the highest standard. When we ran into a problem with someone who was to take the wood, Mike stepped in and solved the problem so they could continue the task at hand. We highly recommend Mikes Tree Worx, LLC to anyone who wants an honest, caring company to have your trees removed with expert manner and experience. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. We appreciated all they did for us and will recommend to others. Sincerely, Donald & Donna Keppley read more

Things were moved and not put back in place. Heavy logs rolled into and damaged our fence, we were charged for an additional truck without first being contacted and asked for approval to proceed, we had to clean hydrolic fuel off our cement driveway from their crane, a large hole was left unrepaired in our yard, chips were partially dumped on our stone parking area instead of behind it, solar lights were removed without the stakes so those are now lost. Very disappointing in the lack of detail. I feel the job was rushed to move on to the next one. We asked for a small tree to be dropped in exchange for all the issues, but were turned down. We are good repeat customers who gave To The Top many referrals.
