The mulch was nicely done and the plants have survived and are thriving this year. However, we noticed in late fall, early winter that the floor started to cave in and the bricks are either breaking or detaching already despite minor use of the edge of the patio. The homeowner and I have tried calling multiple times and emailing to see if we can have someone come out, evaluate, and ultimately fix this situation. It's been two to three months of chasing the owner, Kevin, but we have barely heard back and the patio remains unfixed. Value for cost was not worth it due to the problems we are now experiencing and lack of response/ownership by the company. Quality: 2/5 Customer Service: 1/5 Value for Money: 2.5/5

Kevin is extremely knowledgeable. He helped us pick the best trees for what we wanted - not just what would look good, but what was native and would last. We have him back every year for our bed prep and mulching as well as trimming the trees and bushes. He and the crew are always on time, professional, curteous, and clean up after themselves. I cannot say enough about them. Fantastic work! I recommend him to all of my friends and clients.

I used Alliance for a large roofing project and also to replace a shower base. Alliance provided a…read morelifetime mold-free guarantee for the shower work. Imagine my surprise then when no more than six months after the work was completed, my shower base had developed extensive mold in the seaming between the base and the wall tile. I contacted the owner to make him aware of the issue, and he stated that they had used the wrong caulk and would address the issue by replacing the caulk. However, when they came back they used the same caulk as the first time and the employee stated that was the caulk they always use. After a short time, the mold came back just as before. I contacted the owner yet again and was told I should just clean the caulk and he cannot come re-caulk every year when mold grows (notwithstanding the fact that the project was guaranteed mold-free). What seems more likely to me is that the correct caulk is not being used, or poor workmanship has caused mold to grow underneath the mold-free caulking. After repeated attempts to communicate with the company and the owner to remedy the issue, they have now become completely non-responsive. I would only recommend this company if you are willing shell out several thousand dollars and take the risk of being left with a deteriorating final product and no recourse for correction. Zero stars, do not recommend.

I spoke to the owner before contract was signed and he said my patio would be looking close to new. I said I had a dumb question and proceeded to ask and his response was...well that kinda is a dumb question. I should of moved on from there but I didn't because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I also had their lawn mowing services at the time. On this particular day with the patio and lawn being done at the same time they left my 6ft gate open. One of my dogs got out. As I frantically watched my cameras after my boyfriend told me about it I was beyond furious. Thank God my neighbors helped to get her back inside the yard. I called the company and spoke to the owner saying I wanted to cancel the lawn services based on this fact. At this time my patio work had not been completed. The company never showed up again to seal my patio. During a 2 week span we got very heavy rainfall and some of the sand came out of the joints. I tried calling them for the next month to express my concerns and never got a call back. Not to mention the border papers were not even straight before they did the polymeric sand. After a month of waiting for a call back they sent me a bill! When I finally talked to the wife Lisa I think I might get some resolve with this matter. So far I do not recommend this company
