Tried calling the owner numerous times about fixing this and the fence post they snapped off and was told they will not come fix it. I also had Ball Homes contact me a few times to remove the tree trunk. After numerous calls, I had to call and fix this myself even though I was told by the company that they would call and fix this situation. DO NOT HIRE this company. If you do, you will have to take them to small claims court on your own time.

Estate Tree Service is unique in that all of the workers wear safety helmets that are connected with communication from the supervisor and co owner, Patrick Sumner, who is a firefighter with EMS training. The particular tree they removed was a large ash tree that had lost a sizeable limb in a recent wind storm, that fortunately fell away from the house. The main part of the tree was leaning over our deck and roof and presented a constant danger. Patrick monitored the tree climber, Jose, and stayed in contact with him throughout the tree removal. Their charges were reasonable, and they did an excellent cleanup upon completion.
