Their prices were great and the service was exceptional. They were very nice men and did a good job leaving no mess. It was fascinating to see how the tree is removed and how safe they were using big equipment and removing such a big tree. When i called them to ask them about their prices and services they sent a gentleman out here to give me a quote. The price was better than i expected for how big the tree was. If you are thinking about them for a job you need done you don't have to worry these men will take care of you if i ever needed anything done in our yard i will be calling them.

He was more than an hour late because he had fallen asleep. We made another date to have the work done. He later texted and said he would be at the house at 7:30 in the morning, three weeks before the actual date. He only takes cash or check. Thankfully, I was home and able to drive to the location to pay him on that day. I recently reached out to him again to do vine removal. We set an appointment time and date for an estimate/quote and then did not show up for the appointment. I texted him the next day to inquire about the missed date. He informed me that he had to work hard on other jobs the day he was supposed to be at my house because of the pending rain. He then rescheduled the estimate appointment, only to once again show up late. He quoted me a price, I confirmed he still only takes cash and checks, which is correct, but now if I paid with a check, I would be charged a 6% fee. He set a date to do the work two days later, and I have not seen or heard from him since. I have no complaints about the work he does. The problem is getting him to be more organized with appointments and show up when expected.
