Someone else had mentioned in a review that he did not provide them with insurance details for his company however that was not the case for me. He was very forth-coming with that information. I reached out to them through Yelp for an estimate on a landscaping project at my house. We had…read moreagreed on him coming to my house at 4:30 to discuss the project and get an estimate. I had a chance for overtime that day, which I turned down to make sure I was home by 4:30 to meet with Jeremy. 4:30 came and went, and I was sitting around, waiting on him to show up. At 5:15 I call him and ask what is going on. He is very apologetic and saying "oh man" several times and starts talking about how bad the traffic is but says he can be at my house by 6 PM. I'm a little upset, but I agree to wait until 6 and meet with him. 6 PM comes by. . .and nothing. At 6:30, now two hours after our original appointment and 30 minutes after he just told me he'd be there a little over an hour prior, he's still not there. I call again, and he just starts saying "oh man" over and over again, and mumbles something about traffic being bad. He says maybe he can be there a little after 7 PM. No. I said no. I'll find someone else. If someone is this bad at simply keeping an appointment, and bad at communication that he can't communicate if he's going to be late, why should I trust him with a project at my home?

Mike Connor and his crew are very competent when it comes to trimming trees. They came with the appropriate equipment and were very friendly. They did the job they were hired to perform at an exceptional rate. Mike even told me that our pine tree has Ash Borers and what we could do to get rid of them. One thing to know is that Mike is not good about letting people know when he has been delayed and since the contract lists what needs to be done in a general manner being around to check that all work done is an excellent idea. Overall I would hire them again.
