We were waiting for a whole hour and a half for them at 10:20pm and it's 12 midnight now. We kept calling them to tell them why is it taking long and they said the driver can't find us. The car that was left at my home was another employees of Mike's that had reported it misplaced not stolen so the police came and recovered the left car and a fake bill of sale was created with my name and intro from the paperwork in my glove box and now the police r saying its a civil matter even after these awful men sent me a text saying We win. And now I'm going to file a lawsuit but my car is gone and I'm still in shock. Don't get frauded stay clear of these thrives they are disgustingly good at what they do. I never saw it comeing. This review is for Nathan. Called AAA for assistance regarding a possible battery or alternator problem. Help was promptly dispatched and I'm really happy with the response time (although I would have understood if it came a little later). Nathan went to work and performed diagnostics to make sure nothing else is wrong. Prior to pulling the old battery and without me asking, Nathan checked to see if the battery is still under warranty (to help me minimize my expense). That was really nice of him... he cares. It turned out my battery was more than six years old, so time for a new one. Nathan did his stuff and now my ride is good and ready to go again. I'm not one to leave a poor review, but today I made an exception. I don't know who the lady is that answers your phones, but she was by far the worst person I've dealt with when requesting a tow. I called in the morning to see if I could schedule an appointment for pickup and delivery to the dealer service dept. I was told to call when I needed it picked up. And she was very short and snippy over the phone. So I called back in the afternoon, and was not given an ETA for the truck. 50min pass, and I decide to call back. Was told it would be another 45 before they could get to me. I told her I'd have to cancel the tow, as I had an appointment with the dealer, and this time would be too late. In the middle of my saying "Maybe I could call back and try again next week..." I was hung up on. I will never give this place my business after that. read more

If I was able to rate this company a ZERO, I would. I was was transferred over to this company through AAA for a battery jump. The lady who dispatched on 4/2/19 evening between 5p -7p customer service is terrible, she was extremely rude, very short with answers and when I stated that I was going to call AAA and request another truck after a almost 3hr wait... Her exact words Were "if that makes you happy do what you gotta do", if I could reach through the phone and choke the chick out I would. after all said and done AAA sent another company when came less then 10 minutes, and the were AWESOME! they actually told me that Mike's has a bad reputation in Stockton and that he always get there canceled calls, and I can see why. These people are crooks. Tried to steal my trailer. Got the release from SPD but still did not want to give my trailer back because they couldn't find a vin even though I had plates and title. CHP said they have to release it. They overrode the decision of the SPD and CHP and and STILL didnt give it back even with the spd release! If Spd,chp,and dmv say its mine then give it back!!!!! After 5 days letting their storage fees increase and giving me the run around they finally bowed down and released it. I ask for break in storage fees and they said we dont do breaks. I had my car stolen. I was told by the insurrence company that I could get out any personal belongs from it before they took it to the junk yard. It was hard seeing my dream car completely messed up, in three weeks after it was stolen a car I worked hard to to get and then babied.. Absolutely horrible customer service. They jerked me around for 3 days before i finally gave up and went with someone else.

Sunday, December 24th, around 5:00PM (Christmas Eve) my wife-who is seven-months pregnant, she is also driving-and I were headed Westbound on Country Club blvd. A very young female in a pink onesie and house slippers, darted out ( totally at fault, and likely on her cell phone, in her boyfriend's new Cadillac CTS) in front of an SUV. Being struck and spinning, while we wait helplessly, almost at a stop when she punches the gas again plowing straight into us in the turning lane. Our front end was destroyed, the SUV front-end damaged, and the Cadillac CTS which hit us was completely destroyed as it is comprised of fiberglass, or an aluminum alloy body. My wife, her family, and myself spent the holidays in the hospital hoping our son Caleb is going to be ok. Still too soon to be certain. From the hospital I called Mike's towing who said they would call me back, but never did. I simply wanted to retrieve our items from our SUV, but no one ever called me back. We understood that Christmas day we would not bother them, and we were very exhausted from the incident, and worry for our child. We are still concerned for Caleb. 12/26/2017 We arrive at Mike's Towing (the extremely tardy Stockton Police department called them, not us) and wait for them (they were late opening) to arrive at their business. Inside, no one mentions a word about my wife's father and I not being allowed to enter the yard and go find the car with my very pregnant wife (who is still in pain from the collision), and unable to carry heavy things, to retrieve our items. Once we get to the car a very rude employee named "Sal" in very broken English, demands that I cannot retrieve our belongings (pictured above along with the yard), but only when I attempt to quickly remove our stereo (Sony CD with four matching Xplod speakers), and I said "This is ours." He said "I don't care, you can't remove that from the car." I immediately produce my phone and begin to take pictures, and I wanted to record him saying this to me. "Sal" then demands me and my father-in-law off of the property and told me "Fuck You!" and calls the wandering pitbull over. This is tantamount to theft. This is the kind of "Holiday Spirit" Mike's Towing provides to people who have just suffered a traumatic event. We took the face of the deck making the deck useless now, therefore, I guess Mike's Towing will get our not so cheap, four set of speakers. Note: The pitbull wandering around unchained/unleashed; "Sal" called the dog over to intimidate a pregnant woman, and her family. Also, notice that these crooks strategically parked another clunker right on our bumper to prevent me from getting access to the brand new spare tire mounted on the back; disgraceful. This business is a predatory, shady outfit (they employ thieves) whom of which, I hope I will NEVER have to conduct business with again. They took advantage of us like carpetbaggers, and troglodyte thugs. read more

We called AAA for the service, we need either a tow or jump start service few month ago. The Technician name is Joseph who insists he has the right type of battery, so we paid for the battery and left. After 2-3 months we could not startup the car again, we called AAA again, another towing company came and told us. He could not replace a warranty battery, because AAA does not carry right type of battery. So be careful they lied to us. So as a consumers when you don't know, your best bet is jump start and go. I think the receptionist sits and writes the positive reviews because she was rude and acted like I was bothering her to call her to schedule our truck to be towed. "It's $75 and You'll have to call Monday to schedule a tow" called on Monday, "we don't schedule tows" you'll have to call the morning of. Called the next morning at 8am for them to pick up and have at Big Valley Ford by 10. "It's $85 and we don't schedule the tow" ok can you send someone now? Took an hour and 45 minutes and was $75.
