(The old one with over 200k on it can't be stopped... go figure!) Anyway, battery is dead randomly, 2 to 3 or more times per week lately. Honda tech can't figure it out. Had car towed in twice and jumped many times. Replaced batteries... most likely one of the thousand sensors on the thing is wonky apparently, but can't figure out which one. Have Honda extended warranty and Honda Roadside Assistance for free jumps, tows, tires, etc... Another contractor Honda Roadside sends always stands me up, is unreliable and unprofessional. (BG Enterprize Inc - they suck!) Mike from LMC is awesome! I now specifically request him when I call in to Honda Roadside. He IS on their list of providers, so don't let any of the operators tell you otherwise. Just ask for them to have him to come out. Professional, informative, happy, friendly and always in a good mood (even at 3 am when it's freezing and pitch dark outside), and most importantly, he gets me back up and running quickly. I got my car towed by Treat's Garage off the NJ turnpike. The tow to the other shop was just 8 miles from the turnpike and only 3 miles away from Treat's. He tried to scam me by doubling the price. I filed a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and Treat's agreed to the overcharge and I am now getting refunded. It's a shame to think about how many other customers they have done this to and gotten away with. Do not give them your business, go elsewhere!

Out of desperation we had the car towed and Barbara at Haines could not have been more helpful. She was the one - not Hertz - who told us what to do and assured us she had done it many times. She called them and got the return confirmation from them so we could return it through her and just rent a replacement. I don't know what we would have done without her help. And she texted us later and responded to our calls later for follow up. When you're in a crisis and someone helps like this, it's invaluable.
