They have their own crew (do not outsource most of the job - exception concrete hard scape and coping/tile), I was impressed how polite they all were, and how hard they worked staying late to get the job done, ALWAYS cleaning the job site. The end result was a beautiful finish on time and on budget as proposed. They are reasonably priced and just enjoyed their professionalism, how often they visited the job site to check on the progress and communication with us. I highly recommend. We love our new pool. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to--I felt like I could trust him right away. He'll be coming back to inspect my pool equipment more thoroughly since my spa jets aren't working and the heater keeps turning on and off. What really impressed me was how quickly he assessed the situation and gave me an immediate quote to replaster the spa and repair the missing tile. He's clearly experienced and committed to getting things done the right way. I appreciate his prompt attention, honest communication, and willingness to work with me to get my spa looking and functioning like new again. Highly recommend Pablo if you want fast, dependable, and professional service!

I was happy to discover that salesman Steve there in Gilroy is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and low pressure (I for one cannot tolerate that sort of stress) and there was a wideselection of hot tub models. We discussed our needs with him and after some comparison shopping finally decided upon on a Caldera Seychelles (really glad we didn't impulsively go with Costco for this decision!!!) Steve was even able to recommend an electrician who often hooks up this brand and has an ongoing relationship with HTW. My wife had some real concerns about access to our yard but they were dispelled once we did a facetime video call down our pathway and clarified the dimensions needed. When it came time for delivery it was fascinating how professional and careful the crew was, like a brutish ballet! Now basking in the glorious 102-degree temperature of our tub, as our tensions melt away we now think that this might have been one of the better decisions of our life!
