They failed to take away the concrete in which the old posts were imbedded, installed only one drop-rod receptacle, and had seemingly had difficulty installing hardware screws that were straight and flush. I explained these issues to Mike's and after receiving their condescending reply and excuses, asked that they not return to "keep their customers happy" as I simply resolved these issues on my own. However we had countless committed dates for installation that came and gone. They would often say they would be onsite and never show up. Early on I referred them to a friend of ours and they experienced the same thing as they would most often never show up. Eventually after the job was complete, we found that the eye sensors for the gate were not hooked up and the job site was not cleaned up. We asked the owner to come clean the site but never returned. Biggest complaint is that they would say they would be there and never show up where we consistently had to call to find out when they would return.
