The customer service was outstanding, and the e-bikes themselves were loads of fun. Kyle was extremely helpful as we decided how long we wanted to rent the bikes, and gave us great instructions on their operation. He also gave us a card with his number in case we needed anything. The bike trail from Holmesville to Killbuck (which Kyle suggested) is paved and very-well maintained. My hubby's bike got a flat tire at that point, so he called Kyle; he showed up with a new rental about 15 minutes later so we could enjoy riding back to the shop. Now hubby wants to buy two e-bikes. :) This is how a business should be managed.

Too busy on their phones and just standing around shooting the breeze. Felt awkward as soon as we entered because of this. Tried to strike up a conversation with one of the staff but was just meh. Was going to buy a suspension fork, crankshaft, and whatever else I could for my new bike build but we just left because it didn't feel like our business mattered. As much as I'd prefer to support a local business, I need that business to care just as much about me and its own business as I do. Sadly, I doubt we'll go back. No real reason to drive 25 to 30 minutes to be ignored. I can get the same level of customer service online since it was hands off, impersonal, and cold. Sad to have to leave such a bleak review because I was hoping to build a relationship with a bike shop near my new hometown.

They had a selection of newer, well maintained bikes, bikes with back baskets, and a tandem. The regular bikes were $6/hour. The person working helped fit us and we got on our way. The bikes held well and had been tuned up recently. Neither of us had trouble and they were both smooth rides. When dropping off the bikes, we also grabbed a few drinks and snacks they sold. The trail mix and drinks were between $1 and $2. They also have ice cream. It's great they had cold beverages as there are not many shops nearby the trail.
