One hour before my appointment, he calls to tell me that his plane was delayed and he wouldn't be able to see me. So he rescheduled me to the next week. Today on the day of my new appointment, I get an email that I have been rescheduled until next week. No call just a message that this is what was happening. As you can imagine given the abysmal level of service, I canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere. The app said to contact the shop about getting my refund. Hector tells me that because I canceled the appointment in the app, he cannot refund my deposit. So now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone who appears to be the owner.
